Abstract
【解決手段】直加工により反射パターンが形成されているマスタブロックを製造する段階と、前記マスタブロックの前記反射パターン上にメッキ膜を形成させる段階と、前記メッキ膜を前記マスタブロックから切り離してマザースタンパを得る段階と、前記マザースタンパ上に対応するように形成されている反射パターン上に第2メッキ膜を形成させる段階と、前記第2メッキ膜を前記マザースタンパから切り離してサンスタンパを得る段階と、前記サンスタンパを金型コアに取り付けた後、前記金型コアを用いた射出成形により前記サンスタンパ上の反射パターンに対応する反射パターンが形成されている導光板を得る段階とを含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 直加工により反射パターンが形成されているマスタブロックを製造する段階と、
前記マスタブロックの前記反射パターン上にメッキ膜を形成させる段階と、
前記メッキ膜を前記マスタブロックから切り離してマザースタンパを得る段階と、
前記マザースタンパ上に対応するように形成されている反射パターン上に第2メッキ膜を形成させる段階と、
前記第2メッキ膜を前記マザースタンパから切り離してサンスタンパを得る段階と、
前記サンスタンパを金型コアに取り付けた後、前記金型コアを用いた射出成形により前記サンスタンパ上の反射パターンに対応する反射パターンが形成されている導光板を得る段階と、
を含むことを特徴とするバックライトユニットの導光板の製造方法。 - 前記マザースタンパまたは前記サンスタンパを、一定のサイズに切断する段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトユニットの導光板の製造方法。
- 前記メッキ膜及び前記第2メッキ膜の形成には、電解メッキを用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトユニットの導光板の製造方法。
- 前記マスタブロック上の前記反射パターンは、陰刻または陽刻に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバックライトユニットの導光板の製造方法。
