Abstract
【解決手段】光学系100は、負屈折レンズ101と補償素子106によって構成される。負屈折レンズ101は、負屈折を示す材料で構成された平板であり、光が入射する面と射出する面は平面でかつ平行に構成される。補償素子106は、所定角度で入射した光を別の所定角度へ向けて射出する光学素子である。光線107は、物体面102上の物点103を射出し、負屈折レンズ101によって2回の屈折を受けたのちに像面104上の像点105に達する。光線108は補償素子106によって反射され、射出側瞳112で屈折したのち、補償素子106によって再び反射されて像点105へ達する。

Claims (12)
- 負屈折を示す材料で構成された光学素子と、前記光学素子の有効径へ光を導くためのガイド素子とを含む光学系。
- 前記ガイド素子は、光を偏向させる素子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学系。
- 光を偏向させる前記ガイド素子は、入射した光を反射及び/または回折させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光学系。
- 負屈折を示す材料で構成された前記光学素子は、直方体形状を有し、
前記ガイド素子は、前記直方体形状の光の進行方向に沿った側面を少なくとも覆うように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の光学系。 - 前記ガイド素子は、ミラーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光学系。
- 前記ミラーの反射率は35%より高いことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の光学系。
- 前記ガイド素子は、回折格子であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光学系。
- 前記ガイド素子は、ホログラムであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光学系。
- 前記ガイド素子は、フォトニック結晶であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光学系。
- 負屈折を示す材料で構成された前記光学素子からの距離が、負屈折を示す材料で構成された前記光学素子の厚みよりも小さい位置に、光の振幅または位相を変調する情報面が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光学系。
- 前記情報面は、ピンホールが形成された板と、フォトマスクと、回折格子と、ホログラムと、フォトニック結晶と、ディジタル情報を1次元的または2次元的に変調したデータパターンとのいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の光学系。
- 前記有効径の開口数をNAとしたとき、
NA<0.5
を満足することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の光学系。
