Abstract
【解決手段】液体を含浸可能な吸収体に酸素検知溶液を含浸させ、酸素検知溶液を含浸させた吸収体を乾燥させた酸素検知材を、被包部材で被包して封入し、酸素検知材を封入した被包部材の内側から酸素を除去することで、内包する酸素検知材を無酸素状態を示す色調とし酸素検知体とする酸素検知体の製造方法を採用する。更に、酸素検知材を封入する前に、酸素検知材に発色助剤を添加する工程を設ける酸素検知体の製造方法を採用する。

Description
工程A:液体を含浸可能な吸収体に、酸化還元性色素と還元性物質と塩基性物質とを含む液体状の酸素検知溶液を含浸させる工程。
工程B:前記酸素検知溶液を含浸させた前記吸収体を乾燥させ酸素検知材とする工程。
工程C:前記酸素検知材を、被包部材で被包して封入する工程。
工程D:酸素検知材を封入した被包部材の内側から酸素を除去することで、内包する酸素検知材を無酸素状態を示す色調とし酸素検知体とする工程。
Claims (8)
- 雰囲気中の酸素量に応じて変色する酸素検知体の製造方法であって、以下のA〜Dの各工程を備えることを特徴とする酸素検知体の製造方法。
工程A:液体を含浸可能な吸収体に、酸化還元性色素と還元性物質と塩基性物質とを含む液体状の酸素検知溶液を含浸させる工程。
工程B:前記酸素検知溶液を含浸させた前記吸収体を乾燥させ酸素検知材とする工程。
工程C:前記酸素検知材を、被包部材で被包して封入する工程。
工程D:酸素検知材を封入した被包部材の内側から酸素を除去することで、内包する酸素検知材を無酸素状態を示す色調とし酸素検知体とする工程。 - 前記工程Bと前記工程Cとの間に、前記酸素検知材に発色助剤を添加する工程を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の酸素検知体の製造方法。
- 前記発色助剤は、アルコール系化合物又は水溶性高分子であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の酸素検知体の製造方法。
- 酸素検知材重量を100wt%とした場合、前記発色助剤を2wt%〜15wt%を含ませることを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載の酸素検知体の製造方法。
- 前記アルコール系化合物は、エタノールであることを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の酸素検知体の製造方法。
- 前記アルコール系化合物は、多価アルコールであることを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の酸素検知体の製造方法。
- 前記多価アルコールは、ブタンジオールであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の酸素検知体の製造方法。
- 前記水溶性高分子はポリエチレングリコールであることを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の酸素検知体の製造方法。
