Abstract
【解決手段】内輪1のカウンタボア部1aの外径Aと、内輪1と分離した状態にある保持器4に保持されたボール3配列の内接円径Bとの寸法差(A−B)を、ボール径dの5〜20%とすることにより、保持器4の内輪1への組み付けやすさが損なわれず、かつ保持器4が組立後にボール3の自重程度の力を受けて撓んでも内輪1から外れないようにしたのである。

Claims (1)
- 内輪のカウンタボア部の外径を、内輪と分離した状態にある合成樹脂製の保持器に保持されたボールの配列の内接円径よりも大きくし、軸受組立時には、前記ボールを保持した保持器を、そのボールが前記内輪のカウンタボア部を乗り越えるように弾性変形させて内輪に組み付けるようにした外輪分離形のアンギュラ玉軸受において、前記内輪のカウンタボア部の外径と前記ボール配列の内接円径との寸法差をボール径の5〜20%としたことを特徴とするアンギュラ玉軸受。
