Abstract
【解決手段】接続部材2の弾性体2bには、ストッパ部2b2と傾斜部2b3とを有する複数のだぼ部(係合部)2b1が、交互に上下逆方向に形成されている。接続部材を矢印方向にフレーム3に挿入すると、まず、接続部材は、フレーム突起部3bに形成されている傾斜部3b1にガイドされてスリット3aに挿入される。次に、傾斜部2b3は、フレーム突起部に当接する。続いて、傾斜部2b3が傾斜部3b1に圧接することにより、弾性体は、変形するので、傾斜部3b1を乗り越えることができる。接続部材は、結局、フレームのスリットから上下交互に突き出るフレーム突起部に複数のストッパ部が挟まれるように固定される。したがって、接続部材は、フレームに対して容易に、しかも、正確に位置決めされる。

Claims (3)
- 2つの接続対象物間を接続するコネクタにおいて、
前記コネクタは、接続部材と、前記接続部材を保持するフレームとを有し、
前記接続部材は、弾性体と、前記弾性体上に配設されている導体と、前記弾性体に設けられている複数の係合部とを有し、
前記フレームは、前記各係合部とそれぞれ係合する複数の被係合部を有し、
前記接続部材は、前記フレームの一方側又は他方側のいずれからも組み込み可能であり、
前記各係合部は、傾斜部とストッパ部とを有し、
前記複数の係合部の内少なくとも1つの係合部の傾斜部は前記一方側から前記他方側に向かって組み込み方向と交差する方向に突出するように傾斜し、かつ、前記複数の係合部の内他の少なくとも1つの係合部の傾斜部は前記他方側から前記一方側に向かって組み込み方向と交差する方向に突出するように傾斜することを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記接続部材は前記弾性体よりも剛性の高い補強部材を有し、前記補強部材と前記各係合部とは一体形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ。
- 2つの接続対象物間を接続するコネクタにおいて、
前記コネクタは、接続部材と、前記接続部材を保持するフレームとを有し、
前記接続部材は、弾性体と、前記弾性体上に配設されている導体と、前記弾性体に設けられている係合部とを有し、
前記フレームは、前記係合部と係合する被係合部を有し、
前記係合部は前記弾性体よりも剛性の高い材料からなることを特徴とするコネクタ。
