Abstract
【解決手段】バルブを開閉駆動する従動軸と、該従動軸及び駆動軸の一方とともに回転するハウジング部材と、該ハウジング部材内に同軸にかつ相対回転変位可能に収容されて前記軸の他方とともに回転するロータ部材と、を備えるバルブタイミング調整装置1であって、前記ロータ部材3はロータベーン31とブッシングベーン41とからなり、該ロータベーン31は略円筒状に形成されて、円周方向の一部の厚肉部33と、円周方向の残りの薄肉部34と、一底面側に形成されて前記軸の前記他方が嵌入される嵌合孔35と、他底面側に形成される圧入孔37とをもち、該ブッシングベーン41は略円筒状に形成されて、前記圧入孔37に圧入される端面は前記薄肉部34との間に所定の圧縮代をもち前記厚肉部33との間には前記圧縮代をもたない。

Claims (6)
- 内燃機関の吸気バルブ及び排気バルブの少なくとも一つを開閉駆動する従動軸と、該従動軸及び該内燃機関の駆動軸の一方とともに回転するハウジング部材と、該ハウジング部材内に同軸に収容されて該従動軸及び該駆動軸の他方とともに回転しかつ所定の角度範囲で該ハウジング部材と相対回転変位可能なロータ部材と、を備えるバルブタイミング調整装置であって、
前記ロータ部材はロータベーンとブッシングベーンとからなり、
該ロータベーンは略円筒状に形成されて、円周方向の一部の厚肉部と、円周方向の残りの薄肉部と、一底面側に形成されて前記従動軸及び前記駆動軸の前記他方が嵌入される嵌合孔と、他底面側に形成される圧入孔とをもち、
該ブッシングベーンは略円筒状に形成されて、前記圧入孔に圧入される端面は前記薄肉部との間に所定の圧縮代をもち前記厚肉部との間には前記圧縮代をもたない、
ことを特徴とするバルブタイミング調整装置。 - 前記ロータベーンの前記厚肉部は、前記ハウジング部材に設けられた収容室に相対回転変位可能に収容されるベーン部である、請求項1に記載のバルブタイミング調整装置。
- 前記ブッシングベーンは外周面で前記ハウジング部材に摺接する請求項1または2に記載のバルブタイミング調整装置。
- 一端部が前記ハウジング部材に係止され他端部が前記ロータベーンに係止されることにより該ハウジング部材に対して該ロータベーンを特定の回転方向へ付勢するコイルスプリングを備え、該コイルスプリングは前記ブッシングベーン内に保持されている請求項1〜3に記載のバルブタイミング調整装置。
- 前記ロータベーンの前記圧入孔の断面は円環形であり、前記ブッシングベーンは前記圧入孔の前記厚肉部と対向する部分が切り欠かれて前記薄肉部のみに圧入される前記端面をもつ、請求項1〜4に記載のバルブタイミング調整装置。
- 前記ブッシングベーンの前記端面は所定の外径をもつ円環形であり、前記ロータベーンの前記圧入孔の前記厚肉部は該外径以上の内径をもち、前記薄肉部は該外径未満の内径をもつ請求項1〜4に記載のバルブタイミング調整装置。
