Abstract
【解決手段】浸炭方法は、3.5質量%以上のCrを含む鋼の表面に酸化膜を形成する酸化工程(S1)と、酸化工程後、鋼を浸炭する浸炭工程(S2)と、浸炭工程後、鋼の表面から酸化膜を除去する除去工程(S3)と、除去工程後、鋼を焼入れる焼入工程(S4)とを備えている。

Description
図1は、本発明の一実施の形態における浸炭部品の製造方法を工程順に示す図である。図1を参照して、始めに、3.5質量%以上のCrを含む鋼を準備し、この鋼に対して高温酸化処理を施す(ステップS1)。これにより、鋼の表面に酸化膜が形成される。高温酸化処理は、たとえば900℃以上1000℃以下の大気中に鋼を保持することにより行なわれる。
Claims (2)
- 3.5質量%以上のCrを含む鋼の表面に酸化膜を形成する酸化工程と、
前記酸化工程後、前記鋼を浸炭する浸炭工程と、
前記浸炭工程後、前記鋼の表面から前記酸化膜を除去する除去工程と、
前記除去工程後、前記鋼を焼入れる焼入工程とを備える、浸炭方法。 - 請求項1に記載の浸炭方法を用いて製造された浸炭部品。
