Abstract
【解決手段】心臓内回転ポンプ10は、ポンピングしている心臓を補助する圧力差センサ18を備える。圧力差センサは、大動脈(AO)と左心室(LV)の間の圧力差を測定する。この圧力差は、さまざまな速度段階で、ある所望の値に一致しなければならない。圧力差の逸脱の程度が大きすぎる場合には、この逸脱が圧力センサのドリフトとして認識され、このドリフトに依存して補正値が決定される。この補正値を用いて続いて測定される圧力値が補正される。このようにして、心臓内に配置されたポンプ、さらに運転中のポンプで、センサのドリフト補正を実施することができる。

Claims (7)
- 圧力センサ(18)を有し、拍動している心臓を補助する回転ポンプ(10)の制御装置であって、
−正常に動作可能な圧力センサについて、所望の圧力最小値(ΔPS)の表または曲線をポンプ速度(n)の関数として作成する手段と、
−圧力センサによって測定された圧力の実際の圧力最小値(ΔPI)を決定する手段と、
−実際の圧力最小値(ΔPI)と同じ速度の対応する所望の圧力最小値(ΔPS)との間の差を決定する手段と、
−決定された差に基づいて続いて測定される圧力値の補正値を決定する手段と
を含む制御装置。 - 圧力センサ(18)が、管状ポンプ・ケーシング(13)の外側と内側の間の圧力差を測定する圧力差センサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 心臓内左心室ポンプ(10)内でのその適用を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の制御装置。
- パラカーディアック心臓ポンプ内でのその適用を特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 圧力差センサ(18)を有する心臓内右心室ポンプ(20)の制御装置であって、
−心臓内に配置されたポンプ(20)を停止させる手段と、
−圧力差を測定する手段と、
−停止されたポンプで測定された圧力差に基づいて、運転中のポンプで続いて測定される圧力差に対する補正値を決定する手段と
を含む制御装置。 - 流量センサ(20)を有し、拍動している心臓を補助する回転ポンプ(10)の制御装置であって、
−正常に動作可能な流量センサについて、所望の流量最小値(M1、M2、M3)の表または曲線をポンプ速度(n)の関数として作成する手段と、
−流量センサによって測定される流量の実際の流量最大値を決定する手段と、
−実際の流量最大値と同じ速度に対応する所望の流量最大値との間の差を決定する手段と、
−決定された差に基づいて続いて測定される流量値の補正値を決定する手段と
を含む制御装置。 - 流量センサを有する心臓内右心室ポンプ(20)の制御装置であって、
−心臓内に配置されたポンプ(20)を停止させる手段と、
−ポンプを通過する流量を測定する手段と、
−停止されたポンプで測定された流量に基づいて、運転中のポンプで続いて測定される流量値の補正値を決定する手段と
を含む制御装置。
