Description
本発明は、血圧および/または患者の循環器系のポンプ状態を検出するための埋め込み型装置およびシステムに関するものである。なお、当該埋め込み型装置およびシステムは、血液ポンプとともに使用するものである。
うっ血性心不全(CHF)は非常に重大な疾患である。CHFは、一般的に、心機能の低下を引き起こす。CHFの一般的な特徴は、心臓のポンプ作用の性能の機能障害を引き起こすことである。
本発明の第一の特徴によると、本発明は、血液を輸送する管状体の外側表面に接触するように位置するカフと、該カフ内に封入された血圧を測定する少なくとも1つのセンサとを含み、上記カフがカニューレ内に一体化されて形成されている、埋め込み型装置にある。
本発明の実施形態について、添付の図面を参照しながら、ここで説明する。
Claims (5)
- 血液を輸送する管状体の外側表面に接触するように位置するカフと、該カフ内に封入された血圧を測定する少なくとも2つのセンサとを含み、
上記カフがカニューレ内に一体化されて形成されている埋め込み型装置であって、
上記少なくとも2つのセンサはさらに、上記カフの長さに沿った圧力差の記録を提供するために、軸方向に一列に並んでおり、
該装置は、上記少なくとも2つのセンサからコントローラへ情報を提供するように構成されており、その結果、該コントローラは、測定された圧力および流速の両方を上記圧力差の記録からフィードバックとして利用してポンプの状態を決定することができ、
上記少なくとも2つのセンサの検出範囲は、心臓の拍動サイクルによって生じる測定される最低血圧が上昇すると過少供給を意味し、測定される上記最低血圧が比較的低いまたはマイナスであると過大供給を意味するように、上記コントローラが過大供給および過少供給を検出できる範囲に限定されている、埋め込み型装置。 - 上記埋め込み型装置が、患者の循環器系内で血流または血圧を閉塞したり、または上記血流または血圧に悪影響を与えたりしない、請求項1に記載の埋め込み型装置。
- 上記少なくとも2つのセンサの各々が、周方向に分散された複数のセンサをさらに備えており、上記少なくとも2つのセンサの各々について、上記カフの周部分に関する複数の記録を可能にし、上記カニューレがねじれたり曲がったりした場合に補正するための平均値を生成する、請求項1に記載の埋め込み型装置。
- 上記カフがシリコン、ベロア、またはダクロン(登録商標)を含む、請求項1に記載の埋め込み型装置。
- 上記コントローラが、埋め込み型血液ポンプによる過少供給または過大供給を最低限とするように、ポンプ速度を調節する、請求項1に記載の装置。
