Abstract
【課題】グラムオーダーで計量できる超軽量であり、流体流動面が円滑で構造の簡単であって、特に人工心臓用ポンプの流量計として適切な質量流量計とする。
【解決手段】内部を流体が流通する管を曲げて形成した曲がり円管1における曲がり部4の、流体の遠心力または向心力が作用する部分に位置する曲がり部用ストレインゲージ貼付部7に、互いに交差して曲がり部用ストレインゲージA、Bを貼付する。また、前記曲がり円管1における曲がり部4に連なる直管部8に位置する直管部用ストレインゲージ貼付部11に、静圧及び温度補償用ストレインゲージC、Dを互いに交差して貼付する。前記曲がり部用ストレインージA、Bと補償用ストレインゲージC、Dの検出信号をブリッジ回路12の対向位置に導き、流量出力装置13では、このブリッジ回路12の出力により質量流量を正確に測定する。

Claims (11)
- 内部を流体が流通する管路内の、流体の遠心力ないし向心力が作用する部分に、遠心力ないし向心力検出用ストレインゲージを貼付し、
該ストレインゲージの検出信号を導いたブリッジ回路の出力により流量を測定することを特徴とする質量流量計。 - 前記内部を流体が流通する管路内の、流体の遠心力ないし向心力が作用する部分は、前記内部を流体が流通する管を曲げて形成した曲がり管における曲がり部ないしその近傍であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の質量流量計。
- 前記遠心力ないし向心力が作用する部分とは異なる場所に、静圧あるいは温度補償用ストレインゲージを貼付し、
前記遠心力ないし向心力検出用ストレインゲージと前記補償用ストレインゲージの検出信号をブリッジ回路の対向位置に導き、補償済み出力を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の質量流量計。 - 前記遠心力ないし向心力が作用する部分とは異なる場所に、補償用ストレインゲージを貼付し、
前記遠心力ないし向心力検出用ストレインゲージと前記補償用ストレインゲージの検出信号を別個のブリッジ回路に導き、前記遠心力ないし向心力検出用ストレインゲージの出力と前記補償用ストレインゲージの出力を比較演算することにより流量を測定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の質量流量計。 - 前記補償用ストレインゲージを前記曲がり管における曲がり部に連なる直管部に配置したことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の質量流量計。
- 前記補償用ストレインゲージを前記直管部における、前記曲管部の流体の遠心力が作用する外周部と管軸線を中心として直角の位置に貼付したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の質量流量計。
- 前記ストレインゲージ貼付部の管路を薄肉に形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の質量流量計。
- 前記ストレインゲージを直角2方向に貼付し、信号強度を向上することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の質量流量計。
- 前記補償用ストレインゲージは、流体の静圧あるいは温度を補償するものであることを特徴とする請求項3〜8のいずれかに記載の質量流量計。
- 前記質量流量計を人工心臓用ポンプの流量測定に用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の質量流量計。
- 前記質量流量計を体内埋め込み型人工心臓用ポンプの流量測定に用いることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の質量流量計。
