Claims (5)
- 曲がり部及び曲がり部に連なる直管部を有する内部を流体が流通する管路内の、流体の遠心力ないし向心力が作用する部分に、すなわち、前記内部を流体が流通する管を曲げて形成した曲がり管における曲がり部の外側部分に遠心力検出用ストレインゲージを貼付するか、あるいは、前記内部を流体が流通する管を曲げて形成した曲がり管における曲がり部の内側部分に向心力検出用ストレインゲージを貼付し、遠心力検出用ストレインゲージないし向心力検出用ストレインゲージにより流体の遠心力ないし向心力と静圧の合計圧力を検出している検出信号を導いたブリッジ回路の出力により流量を測定する質量流量計において、
静圧及び温度補償用ストレインゲージを前記曲がり管における曲がり部に連なる直管部に貼付し流体の静圧及び温度に関連した圧力を検出することを特徴とする質量流量計。 - 前記静圧及び温度補償用ストレインゲージを前記直管部における、前記曲管部の流体の遠心力が作用する外周部と管軸線を中心として直角の位置に貼付したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の質量流量計。
- 前記ストレインゲージ貼付部の管路を薄肉に形成することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の質量流量計。
- 前記質量流量計を人工心臓用ポンプの流量測定に用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の質量流量計。
- 前記質量流量計を体内埋め込み型人工心臓用ポンプの流量測定に用いることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の質量流量計。
