【解決手段】一側が開口されたケース200と、ケースの内部に受容されて上側に第1、2電極タブ215、225が引き出される電極組立体250と、電極組立体の上側に取り付けられて外圧による変形を防止する変形防止部167と、第1、2電極タブが貫通する第1、2電極タブ貫通孔163、165とが形成された絶縁ケース160と、ケースの開口をカバーして密封するキャップ組立体100と、を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (9)
- 一側が開口されたケースと;
前記ケースの内部に受容されて上側に第1、2電極タブが引き出される電極組立体と;
前記電極組立体の上側に取り付けられて外圧による変形を防止する変形防止部と、前記第1、2電極タブが貫通する第1、2電極タブ貫通孔とが形成された絶縁ケースと;
前記ケースの開口をカバーして密封するキャップ組立体と;
を含むことを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記変形防止部は、前記第1電極タブ貫通孔の一側に取り付けられて、前記第1電極タブ貫通孔の大きさを減らす支持片であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記支持片は、前記第1電極タブ貫通孔の一側と他側を連結するように取り付けられ、前記第1電極タブ貫通孔を2つの部分に分離させることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記変形防止部は、前記第2電極タブ貫通孔の一側に取り付けられて前記第2電極タブ貫通孔の大きさを減らす支持片であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記支持片は、前記第2電極タブ貫通孔の一側と他側を連結するように取り付けられ、前記第2電極タブ貫通孔を2つの部分に分離させることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースは、角形であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1電極タブは、負の極性を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記変形防止部は、前記第1電極タブ貫通孔の周辺の少なくとも一部に沿って形成される補強リブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記補強リブは、前記絶縁ケースの周辺に沿って少なくとも一部の上方に突き出されるリブと同じ高さで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
