Abstract

Claims (10)
- 4次元系列の医用画像に対するコンピュータ支援式検出のための方法であって、
(a)関心領域(230)に関する3次元医用画像系列に対してある時間期間にわたってアクセスする工程であって、該系列内の少なくとも1つの組が造影剤の投与前に取得されかつ複数の組が造影剤の投与後に取得されて4次元画像が作成されるアクセス工程と、
(b)前記4次元画像内の各ボクセルを特徴付けするための時間解析(24)を実施する工程と、
(c)前記時間特徴付けの影響を受けた空間解析(26)を実施し前記ボクセルを組織タイプにセグメント分けする工程と、
を含む方法。 - 工程(b)の解析に基づいて関心対象ボクセルを特定する工程と、該特定した関心対象ボクセルを用いて工程(c)において空間解析(26)を実施する工程と、をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記3次元画像系列内の画像を位置合わせする工程(31)をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)は曲線当てはめ解析を適用する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)は、既知の組織タイプを表す少なくとも1つの記憶済み曲線にアクセスし、前記ボクセル位置における時間経過を追った強度を該少なくとも1つの曲線と比較し、かつ該ボクセル位置にある組織が該曲線が表すタイプである確率に基づいて組織を分類する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)は、各ボクセルが選択した組織タイプである確率を決定する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記確率は、ベイジアン最大事後解析、最尤度解析、期待値最大化、マルコフモデル、最近隣分類子、ファジー分類子、Parzenウィンドウ推定に基づく分類子、及びベイジアン確率伝播ネットワークのうちの少なくとも1つを含む方法に基づいて決定されている、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)はさらに、組織タイプ及び所与の組織タイプに属する確率のうちの少なくとも一方に基づいて各ボクセルに視覚指示子を割り当てる工程を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 2D画像、3Dサーフェス・レンダリング、3Dボリューム・レンダリング、及び各ボクセル位置における時間経過を追った強度のグラフのうちの少なくとも1つの中に前記視覚指示子を表示する工程(34)をさらに含む請求項8に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)はさらに前記系列内の画像の各々に関して画像を処理するための第1のスケール空間を選択する工程(22)を含み、かつ工程(c)はさらに新たなスケール空間を選択する(36)と共にあるレンジ域のスケール空間にわたって工程(a〜b)を反復する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
