Claims (9)
- 取得された画像データから疾患関連変化の定量化、診断及び予測の1以上を行なうシステムであって、
前記画像データを取得する撮像装置(110)と、
複数のセグメント分割された関心領域を形成するために前記画像データに1以上のセグメント分割法を施して、抽出された特徴を形成するために前記セグメント分割された領域から所与の疾患に関連する特徴を抽出するように構成されている画像プロセッサ(120)と、
患者の前記所与の疾患の病期判定、治療に対する反応の測定、薬物試験に加える患者選択のための表現型決定、解剖学的構造の安定性の測定、前記所与の疾患の変化速度の予測の1以上に用いられる出力を表示するインタフェイス・ユニット(130)と、
を備えており、該画像プロセッサはさらに、前記所与の疾患を指示する変化の診断、定量化及び予測の1に用いるために前記特徴を数学的にモデル化するように構成されており、
前記所与の疾患は肺気腫であり、肺気腫に関連する前記特徴は、肺の罹患領域の面積、肺の各領域の強度、及び肺の内部の細胞に対する稜の数であり、前記数学的モデル化は、泡構造を有する細胞を記述する自由境界モデルを用いている、システム。 - 前記画像プロセッサはさらに、前記所与の疾患の重大度及び進行を評価するために前記抽出された特徴を解析するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記画像プロセッサ(120)は、所与の特徴を抽出するために当該特徴について1以上のヒストグラム解析を生成することにより特徴を抽出するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記画像プロセッサ(120)は、肺内部で複数の小領域をセグメント分割し、さらに、前記小領域内部で、稜、面積及び強度の1以上のパラメータについてセグメント分割するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記インタフェイス・ユニット(130)が前記抽出された特徴の値に対応する強調表示領域を含む出力を表示する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記強調表示領域は前記画像データに重ね合わせて表示される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 複数の2次元CTスライス画像に前記1以上のセグメント分割法が施され、前記特徴を抽出される、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のシステム。
