Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係るシール装置は、回転部31と静止部30との隙間の、その回転部31および静止部30のうち、いずれか一方にシールフィン34を備え、流体の漏出を封止するシール装置において、前記シールフィン34に対峙する前記回転部31および静止部30のうち、いずれか一方の基材32にアブレイダブル層35とボンドコート層36とを組み合せた被覆層33を備えた。

Claims (5)
- 回転部と静止部との隙間の、その回転部および静止部のうち、いずれか一方にシールフィンを備え、流体の漏出を封止するシール装置において、前記シールフィンに対峙する前記回転部および静止部のうち、いずれか一方の基材にアブレイダブル層とボンドコート層とを組み合せた被覆層を備えたことを特徴とするシール装置。
- ボンドコート層は、ガス炎溶射およびプラズマ溶射のいずれかで生成し、気孔率を200%以下に維持させる構成にしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のシール装置。
- ボンドコート層は、線膨張係数を、基材の線膨張係数とアブレイダブル層の線膨張係数との中間値に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のシール装置。
- ボンドコート層は、Ni基合金鋼、コバルト基合鋼およびMCrAlY合金系のうち、いずれかを選択したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のシール装置。
- 請求項1〜4記載のものを流体機械に適用することを特徴とするシール装置。
