Abstract
無色インキを用いた無色印刷物10からの測定光にほとんど変化がなく、測定光の色濃度で塗布量を測定できない場合でも、印刷中に測定できるようにする無色印刷物10の印刷濃度管理方法を提供する。
【解決手段】
無色インキを印刷する際の印刷濃度管理方法であって、無色インキへ色材を添加して印刷し、前記色材の色濃度で無色印刷層21の濃度を管理することを特徴とし、上記無色インキが無色透明な香料インキであり、上記色材が着色色材、又は蛍光色材33であることも特徴とする。

Description
従って、無色印刷物の印刷濃度管理方法は、無色インキを用いた無色印刷物からの測定光にほとんど変化がなく、測定光の色濃度で測定できない場合でも、印刷中に測定できる印刷濃度管理方法が求められている。
請求項2の発明に係わる無色印刷物の印刷濃度管理方法は、上記無色インキが無色透明な香料インキであり、上記色材が着色色材であるように、したものである。
請求項3の発明に係わる無色印刷物の印刷濃度管理方法は、上記無色インキが無色透明な香料インキであり、上記色材が蛍光色材であり、前記蛍光色材へ紫外線を照射し、蛍光発光する発光度合で無色印刷層の香料濃度を管理するように、したものである。
請求項2の本発明によれば、公知で一般的な受光式色濃度測定器で測定でき、連続印刷でも測定できるので、無色透明インキの印刷の塗布量を管理することのできる無色印刷物の印刷濃度管理方法が提供される。
請求項3の本発明によれば、公知で一般的な受光式色濃度測定器で測定でき、連続印刷でも測定できるので、無色透明な印刷の塗布量を管理することができ、かつ、印刷された印刷物も無色である無色印刷物の印刷濃度管理方法が提供される。

Claims (3)
- 無色インキを印刷する際の印刷濃度管理方法であって、無色インキへ色材を添加して印刷し、前記色材の色濃度で無色印刷層の濃度を管理することを特徴とする無色印刷物の印刷濃度管理方法。
- 上記無色インキが無色透明な香料インキであり、上記色材が着色色材であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の無色印刷物の印刷濃度管理方法。
- 上記無色インキが無色透明な香料インキであり、上記色材が蛍光色材であり、前記蛍光色材へ紫外線を照射し、蛍光発光する発光度合で無色印刷層の香料濃度を管理することを特徴とする請求項1記載の無色印刷物の印刷濃度管理方法。
