Abstract
【解決手段】光源ランプ31から紫外域及び可視光域の照明光が発光されると、この照明光が第1絞り機構33及び第2絞り機構34で光量調整され、回転フィルタ35を介して観察対象に順次照射される。そして、観察対象からの蛍光及びRGB反射光を内視鏡挿入部10aの撮像ユニット12で撮像し、画像処理ユニット51で生成した蛍光画像及び通常画像をモニタ100に表示する。このとき、第1絞り機構33は照明光の波長帯域のうち励起光及びRGB光の光量を調整し、第2絞り機構34は紫外域の光に対して透過性を有して励起光の光量に影響することなくRGB光の光量を調整する。これにより、1つの光源ランプから発せられる励起光とRGB光との双方の光量を制御し、最適な明るさバランスを得ることができる。

Claims (2)
- 紫外域及び可視域を含む照明光を発光する発光手段と、前記照明光の波長帯域を紫外域または可視域の光に制限する波長制限手段を備えた照明手段と、前記照明光を観察対象に伝送する照明伝送手段と、観察対象から発せられる蛍光または反射光を撮像する撮像手段を備えた内視鏡挿入部と、前記撮像手段より得られる撮像信号に基づき、前記蛍光による蛍光画像及び前記反射光による通常画像の合成画像を生成する画像生成手段とを備えた内視鏡装置において、
前記照明光の波長帯域のうち、紫外光及び可視光に対して透過性を持たない素材からなる第1の遮光手段を前記発光手段と前記波長制限手段との間の光路上に備え、
紫外光に対してのみ透過性を有する第2の遮光手段を前記波長制限手段と前記第1の遮光手段との間の光路上に備えたことを特徴とする内視鏡装置。 - 可視領域を含む照明光を発光する発光手段と、前記照明光の光量を調整する光量調整手段を備えた照明手段と、前記照明光を観察対象まで伝達する光伝達手段と、前記観察対象からの光を撮像する撮像手段を備えた内視鏡挿入部と、前記撮像手段により得られる撮像信号から合成画像を生成する画像生成手段とを備えた内視鏡装置において、
前記照明光の波長帯域を制限する波長制限手段を備え、
前記波長制限手段は、前記照明光の波長帯域を、蛍光画像を得るための励起光と通常画像を得るための非励起光とに制限し、前記非励起光を前記励起光より少ない光量に制限することを特徴とする内視鏡装置。
