Abstract
【解決手段】自在継手用ヨーク1は、基部11と、間隔を隔てて相互に対向するように基部11から上方に延設された一対の対向側壁12とを備え、一端部に平行な二平面が形成された回転軸112の該一端側が接続する。自在継手用ヨーク1は、両平面が各対向側壁12と対峙するように、下面が基部11と当接するように、回転軸112の一端側が対向側壁12間に挿入された後、ボルトによって対向側壁12の上部側締付部が締め付けられることにより回転軸112を挟持,固定する。対向側壁12の内面には、前記上部側締付部の下側に凹部12dが形成され、凹部12dは、その開口周縁角部が、ボルトの締付により回転軸112の外周角部に回転軸112の軸線方向の前記上部側締付部両側において押し付けられるように構成される。

一端部に平行な二平面が形成された回転軸の該一端側が接続する、自在継手のヨークであって、
基部と、間隔を隔てて相互に対向するように前記基部から延設された一対の対向側壁とを備え、前記回転軸一端側の両平面が前記各対向側壁と対峙するように、前記回転軸一端側の外周面が前記基部と当接するように、該回転軸の一端側が前記対向側壁間に挿入されるとともに、締付具によって前記対向側壁先端側の締付部が締め付けられることにより、前記挿入された回転軸を前記基部及び各対向側壁によって挟持,固定するように構成された自在継手用ヨークにおいて、
前記対向側壁の一方又は両方の内面には、前記締付部と基部との間の、前記回転軸一端側の外周角部と当接する部分に凹部が形成されるとともに、該凹部は、その開口周縁角部で、前記締付具の締付により前記回転軸の外周角部に該回転軸軸線方向の前記締付部両側において押し付けられるように構成されてなることを特徴とする自在継手用ヨークに係る。

Claims (3)
- 一端部に平行な二平面が形成された回転軸の該一端側が接続する、自在継手のヨークであって、
基部と、間隔を隔てて相互に対向するように前記基部から延設された一対の対向側壁とを備え、前記回転軸一端側の両平面が前記各対向側壁と対峙するように、前記回転軸一端側の外周面が前記基部と当接するように、該回転軸の一端側が前記対向側壁間に挿入されるとともに、締付具によって前記対向側壁先端側の締付部が締め付けられることにより、前記挿入された回転軸を前記基部及び各対向側壁によって挟持,固定するように構成された自在継手用ヨークにおいて、
前記対向側壁の一方又は両方の内面には、前記締付部と基部との間の、前記回転軸一端側の外周角部と当接する部分に凹部が形成されるとともに、該凹部は、その開口周縁の角部が、前記締付具の締付により前記回転軸の外周角部に該回転軸軸線方向の前記締付部両側において押し付けられるように構成されてなることを特徴とする自在継手用ヨーク。 - 前記回転軸に比べて硬度の低い材料のものから構成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自在継手用ヨーク。
- 少なくとも前記基部,各対向側壁及び凹部は、プレス加工により成形されてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の自在継手用ヨーク。
