Claims (18)
- 燃料中に少なくとも1種類のランタニドの酸化物を分散させるのに適したタブレットであって、
酸化セリウム、酸化ランタン、酸化ネオジム、酸化プラセオジムの群から選ばれる少なくとも1種類のランタニド酸化物と、
燃料中に分散可能なタブレット形成補助剤と、
を備えたことを特徴とするタブレット。 - 上記少なくとも1種類のランタニド酸化物が、CeO2であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタブレット。
- 上記少なくとも1種類のランタニド酸化物が、1〜50nmの範囲の粒子サイズを有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のタブレット。
- 上記少なくとも1種類のランタニド酸化物が、プラズマ気相合成又はメカノケミカル処理により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のタブレット。
- 上記少なくとも1種類のランタニド酸化物が、当該ランタニド酸化物の表面を親油性にする物質で被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のタブレット。
- 上記ランタニド酸化物を被覆する上記物質が、HLBが7以下の界面活性剤であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタブレット。
- 上記ランタニド酸化物を被覆する上記物質が、オレイン酸、又はドデセニル無水琥珀酸であることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のタブレット。
- 上記ランタニド酸化物が、ばらばらの粒子状になっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のタブレット。
- 上記タブレット形成補助剤が、C7−C30アルキルカルボン酸、C6−C30芳香族化合物、高分子タブレット形成補助剤からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載のタブレット。
- 上記タブレット形成補助剤が、テトラデカン酸であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のタブレット。
- 上記ランタニド酸化物の量が、タブレットの全重量の1〜99.99重量%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れかに記載のタブレット。
- 上記タブレット形成補助剤の量が、タブレットの全重量の0.01〜99重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れかに記載のタブレット。
- 請求項1〜12の何れかに記載のタブレットを製造する方法であって、請求項1〜8の何れかに記載のランタニド酸化物と、請求項1、9又は10に記載のタブレット形成補助剤とを含む組成物を用意し、上記組成物を直接圧縮することを特徴とするタブレット製造方法。
- 請求項1〜8の何れかに記載のランタニド酸化物と、請求項1、9又は10に記載のタブレット形成補助剤とを含むことを特徴とする組成物。
- 少なくとも1種類のランタニド酸化物を燃料中に分散させるのに適したカプセルであって、
外ケースとそれに収容される内容物とを備え、外ケースは、請求項1、9又は10に記載の少なくとも1つのタブレット形成補助剤を含有し、それに収容される上記内容物は、請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の少なくとも1種類のランタニド酸化物を含有することを特徴とするカプセル。 - 請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の少なくとも1種類のランタニド酸化物を有機液体媒体中に分散させてなる、燃料中に少なくとも1種類のランタニド酸化物を分散させるのに適した液体燃料添加物。
- 少なくとも1種類のランタニド酸化物を有機液体媒体中に分散させてなる、燃料中に少なくとも1種類のランタニド酸化物を分散させるのに適した液体燃料添加物。
- 燃料燃焼装置からの燃料の排出を改善し、及び/又は低減するべく燃料中に拡散される、請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の少なくとも1種類のランタニド酸化物の粒子であって、ばらばらの粒子状になっていることを特徴とするランタニド酸化物
