Abstract
【解決手段】ベッド10上には、工作物Wを支持する主軸12を有する主軸台11を固定するとともに、主軸の軸線と平行なZ方向にスライドベース15を往復駆動し、スライドベース上には回転する砥石車17を有する砥石台16をZ方向と交差するX方向に往復駆動する。スライドベースに固定されてX方向に延びる支持アーム21の先端部には、砥石車により研削加工される工作物の寸法を計測する定寸装置25を、被研削部Waに係合される計測位置とそれから離脱される待機位置との間で進退させる作動装置23を介して取り付ける。X方向に延びる支持アームは、工作物の上側を通るようにしてもよいし、ベッドと工作物の間、またはベッド10内を通るようにしてもよい。

Claims (6)
- ベッド上に固定され工作物を支持して回転駆動する主軸を軸支する主軸台と、前記ベッド上に支持されて前記主軸の回転軸線と平行なZ方向に往復駆動されるスライドベースと、このスライドベース上に支持されて前記Z方向と交差するX方向に往復駆動される砥石台と、この砥石台に支持されて回転駆動される砥石車と、この砥石車により研削加工される前記工作物の被研削部に係合してその寸法を計測する定寸装置を備えた研削盤において、前記スライドベースに固定されて前記主軸の回転軸線に対し前記砥石車と反対側となる位置までX方向に延びる支持アームを設け、この支持アームの先端部に前記定寸装置を前記砥石車と反対側から前記工作物に係合するように取り付けたことを特徴とする定寸装置の取付構造。
- 請求項1に記載の定寸装置の取付構造において、前記定寸装置は、前記支持アームの先端部に設けられて同定寸装置を前記工作物に係合される計測位置とそれから前記砥石車と反対側に離脱される待機位置との間で進退させる作動装置を介して取り付けたことを特徴とする定寸装置の取付構造。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の定寸装置の取付構造において、前記支持アームは前記工作物の上側を通ってX方向に延びていることを特徴とする定寸装置の取付構造。
- 請求項3に記載の定寸装置の取付構造において、前記砥石台及び砥石車を跨ぐ門形で両脚部の下端部が前記スライドベースに固定された支持枠を設け、前記支持アームは一端が前記支持枠の上部に固定されてX方向に延びていることを特徴とする定寸装置の取付構造。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の定寸装置の取付構造において、前記支持アームは前記ベッドの上面と工作物の間を通ってX方向に延びていることを特徴とする定寸装置の取付構造。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の定寸装置の取付構造において、前記ベッドには、前記スライドベースの前記工作物側となる端縁部付近の上面に開口され下方に延びてから工作物の下方を通ってX方向に延びて前記ベッドの端縁部に開口されるとともに横幅が前記スライドベースのZ方向ストロークよりも広い通路を形成し、前記支持アームは前記通路内を通ってX方向に延びていることを特徴とする定寸装置の取付構造。
