Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の被覆防食方法は、被防食体の表面を樹脂フォーム材2で被覆し、該樹脂フォーム材2の外側を保護材3で保護することを特徴とする。前記樹脂フォーム材2には、吸水性ポリマーを配合させるか樹脂フォーム材2を吸水性ポリマーでコーティングすることが好ましい。樹脂フォーム材2と保護材3との間に接着性又は粘着性を有する樹脂層を介在させることが好ましい。

Description
下記実施例1〜6のように試験体を作製し、それぞれの試験体について、JIS K5600 7−1に準拠して500時間及び1000時間又は2000時間の塩水噴霧試験を行い、被防食体の防食率を算出して防食性能を評価した。
厚さ1.2mm、幅70mm、長さ150mmの磨き鋼板(SS400)のエッジ部を#400のエメリー紙を用いて研磨し、アセトンで表面を脱脂したものを被防食体の試験片10とし、0.1mgの単位まで質量を秤量した。次に、図2に示すように、断面が5×5mmの正方形、高さ3mm、底辺5mmの二等辺三角形の断面を有する長さ160mmのPVC製の線状体11、12を試験片10の片面にそれぞれ接着剤で貼り付けた後、その外側にウレタン系フォーム材20(日東紡エコロジー製、発泡倍率40倍)を重ね合わせて密着させた。そしてフォーム材20の外側にポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)製のプレート30(日東紡績製)を保護材として重ね合わせ、フォーム材20及びPVC製のプレート30で試験片10を挟み込むようにして当該PVC製のプレート30同士をボルト(図示せず)で締め付けて固定し、試験体とした。
実施例1のウレタン系フォーム材に代えて、ゴム系フォーム材(日東紡エコロジー製、発泡倍率13倍)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして試験体を作製した。
被防食体の表面に粘着性のプライマー(ブチルゴム系)を塗工し、被防食体と樹脂フォーム材との間に粘接着性層を介在させた以外は、実施例1と同様にして試験体を作製した。
実施例1の樹脂フォーム材に、ポリアクリル酸塩系の吸水性ポリマーを40重量%添加した以外は、実施例3と同様にして試験体を作製した。
樹脂フォーム材と粘接着性層との間にブチルゴム系の遮水性シート(厚さ0.1mm)を介在させた以外は、実施例3と同様にして試験体を作製した。
プライマーにタンニン酸塩系防食剤を5wt%添加した以外は、実施例3と同様にして試験体を作製した。
無防食の試験体として、被防食体の表面に樹脂フォーム材及びPVC製のプレートを重ね合わせない以外は、実施例1と同様にして試験体を作製した。

Claims (11)
- 被防食体の表面を被覆して防食する被覆防食方法において、
前記被防食体の表面を樹脂フォーム材で被覆し、該樹脂フォーム材の外側を保護材で保護することを特徴とする被覆防食方法。 - 前記樹脂フォーム材に吸水性ポリマーを配合させるか又は前記樹脂フォーム材を吸水性ポリマーでコーティングする請求項1に記載の被覆防食方法。
- 前記樹脂フォーム材と前記保護材との間に接着性又は粘着性を有する樹脂層を介在させる請求項1又は2に記載の被覆防食方法。
- 前記被防食体と前記樹脂フォーム材との間に粘接着性層を介在させる請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の被覆防食方法。
- 前記被防食体と前記樹脂フォーム材との間に遮水性シートを介在させる請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の被覆防食方法。
- 前記樹脂フォーム材、前記樹脂層、前記粘接着性層に防錆剤を添加する請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の被覆防食方法。
- 前記樹脂フォーム材が、ポリウレタン系樹脂、ゴム系樹脂、ポリスチレン系樹脂及びポリエチレン系樹脂から選択される一種以上の樹脂からなる請求項1記載の被覆防食方法。
- 前記吸水性ポリマーが、ポリアクリル酸塩系樹脂、ポリアルキレンオキサイド系樹脂、ポリエチレンオキシド系樹脂、ポリビニルアルコール系樹脂、ポリN−ビニルアセトアミド系樹脂、酢酸ビニル・アクリル酸エステル共重合体ケン化物、ポリ酢酸ビニル・無水マレイン酸反応物、イソブチレン・マレイン酸反応物、及びデンプン・アクリル酸グラフト重合体から選択される一種以上の樹脂からなり、前記樹脂フォーム材100重量部に対し1〜100重量部である請求項2記載の被覆防食方法。
- 前記樹脂層が、ブチル系樹脂及びアクリル系樹脂から選択される一種以上の樹脂からなる請求項3記載の被覆防食方法。
- 前記防錆剤が、タンニン酸塩系、リン酸塩系、亜硝酸塩系、亜硫酸塩系及び金属亜鉛抹から選択される一種以上の防錆剤である請求項6記載の被覆防食方法。
- 前記保護材が、ポリエステル系、ポリプロピレン系、ポリエチレン系、エポキシ系若しくはウレタン系の樹脂又はその繊維強化樹脂、チタン若しくはその合金又は耐海水ステンレス鋼からなる金属から選択される材料で構成されている請求項1〜10の何れかに記載の被覆防食方法。
