Abstract
【解決手段】テーブルメモリ52には、ライトガイド34に入射する白色光が適当な光量となるように、絞り38の位置を調整するためのデータである複数の調光テーブルが格納されている。モード選択ボタン44により、通常画像と自家蛍光画像とを同時に生成する複数画像モード、又は擬似カラー画像モードが設定されると、白色光と励起光とが、光源部32から1フィールド期間ずつ交互にライトガイド34に入射される。そして、テーブルメモリ52から読出されたTWINテーブル、又はMIXテーブルと、プロセッサ側映像信号処理回路48からの輝度信号とに基づいて、CPU36の制御によって白色光の光量が低下され、通常画像のハレーションが防止される。

Claims (8)
- 被写体を照明するための照明光である白色光を出射する白色光源と、
前記被写体にて蛍光を生じさせる照明光である励起光を出射する励起光源と、
前記白色光と前記励起光とが所定時間ごとに交互に前記被写体に照射されるように前記照明光の照射を制御する照射制御手段と、
前記白色光の反射光を受光して第1の映像信号を生成し、前記蛍光を受光して第2の映像信号を生成する撮像素子と、
前記白色光の光量を調整する光量調整手段とを備え、
前記光量調整手段は、前記照明光制御手段により前記白色光が照射されたときに前記撮像素子によって受光される前記反射光の輝度と、前記照明光制御手段により前記励起光が照射されたときに前記撮像素子によって受光される前記蛍光の輝度との差分が小さくなるように前記白色光の光量を調整することにより、前記反射光と前記蛍光との受光時における前記被写体を示す、前記第1の映像信号に基づく通常画像と、前記第2の映像信号に基づく自家蛍光画像とをリアルタイムで生成可能であることを特徴とする電子内視鏡装置。 - 前記光量調整手段は、前記第1の映像信号における輝度成分と、前記第2の映像信号における輝度成分との差分が小さくなるように、前記白色光の光量を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子内視鏡装置。
- 前記光量調整手段が、絞りと、前記絞りの位置を調整する絞り位置調整手段とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子内視鏡装置。
- 前記絞りの位置を調整するための絞り調整データを格納するデータメモリと、前記絞り調整データを読出す読出手段とをさらに有し、前記光量調整手段が、読出された前記絞り調整データと前記反射光の輝度とに基づいて、前記絞りの位置を調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子内視鏡装置。
- 前記データメモリが、複数の絞り調整データを格納しており、前記読出手段が、ユーザの指示に応じた絞り調整データを読出すことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電子内視鏡装置。
- 前記データメモリが、前記反射光の輝度が前記蛍光の輝度にほぼ等しくなるように前記白色光の光量を低下させるための前記絞り調整データを格納しており、前記光量調整手段が、前記絞り調整データに基づいて前記白色光の光量を低下させることにより、前記第1の映像信号と前記第2の映像信号とに基づく擬似カラー画像が生成可能であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電子内視鏡装置。
- 前記第1の映像信号における輝度成分を書き込む輝度成分メモリをさらに有し、前記絞り位置調整手段が、前記第2の映像信号における輝度成分の代わりに、前記輝度成分メモリに書き込まれた前記輝度成分を用いて前記絞り位置を調整することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電子内視鏡装置。
- 前記通常画像と前記自家蛍光画像とを同時に表示する画像表示手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子内視鏡装置。
