Abstract
【解決手段】ターゲット5dを収容すると共に、端部にX線出射窓10が設けられた管状のターゲット収容部3と、ターゲット収容部3に取り付けられ、ターゲット収容部3の管軸C3と交差する管軸C1を有する管状の電子銃収容部11とを有し、電子銃収容部11の管軸C1に対して平行となる電子銃15の中心線C4が、電子銃収容部11の管軸C1からX線出射窓10側にオフセットしているX線管1とした。

Claims (4)
- 電子銃から出射された電子をターゲットに入射することにより、前記ターゲットでX線を発生させるX線管において、
前記ターゲットを収容すると共に、端部にX線出射窓が設けられた管状のターゲット収容部と、
前記ターゲット収容部に取り付けられ、前記ターゲット収容部の管軸と交差する管軸を有する管状の電子銃収容部とを有し、
前記電子銃収容部の前記管軸に対して平行となる前記電子銃の中心線が、前記電子銃収容部の前記管軸から前記X線出射窓側にオフセットしていることを特徴とするX線管。 - 前記電子銃は、電子を発生させるカソードを含む電子発生部と、前記カソードで発生した電子を加速させながら集束させる筒状の集束電極とを有し、
前記電子銃収容部には、前記集束電極の先端部分が嵌合される窪み部が設けられ、この窪み部は、前記電子銃収容部の前記管軸から前記X線出射窓側に偏って形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のX線管。 - 前記電子発生部と前記集束電極の外周とは絶縁体を介して接続され、前記絶縁体は、前記集束電極の外周のうち、前記X線出射窓側の領域を避けて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のX線管。
- 前記電子銃収容部内に設けられたガス吸収部を更に備え、
前記ガス吸収部は、前記電子銃収容部の内部空間において前記電子銃よりも前記X線出射窓から遠い側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のX線管。
