Abstract
【解決手段】石灰石を流動媒体に使用する流動床ボイラから排出されるベッドマテリアル灰を、所定の粒径で乾式分級し、有価物である酸化カルシウム及び/又は炭酸カルシウムを回収する。また、ふるい径1mm以上のベッドマテリアル灰を、脱硫材及び/又は流動床ボイラの流動媒体として使用する。

Description
(実施例1)使用したBM灰は、表1に示す中国電力株式会社大崎発電所から排出されたBM灰である。またBM灰の化学成分を分析した結果を、表2に示した。表2に示すように、石灰類が68.75重量%を占め、その他、二酸化ケイ素、酸化アルミニウムを多く含んでいた。石灰類の大部分は、炭酸カルシウムであり、BM灰中の含有割合は、約50重量%であった。

Claims (5)
- 石灰石を流動媒体に使用する流動床ボイラから排出されるベッドマテリアル灰を、所定の粒径で乾式分級し、有価物である酸化カルシウム及び/又は炭酸カルシウムを回収することを特徴とするベッドマテリアル灰からの有価物の回収方法。
- 前記流動床ボイラは、加圧流動床ボイラであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベッドマテリアル灰からの有価物の回収方法。
- 前記ベッドマテリアル灰の分級は、目開きの大きさが1mmのふるいで行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のベッドマテリアル灰からの有価物の回収方法。
- ふるい径1mm未満の請求項3の前記ベッドマテリアル灰を、水と混合し、前記ベッドマテリアル灰に含まれる酸化カルシウムを水に溶解させ、石灰水を生成させた後、該石灰水を炭酸ガスと接触させ、炭酸カルシウムを生成させることを特徴とするベッドマテリアル灰からの有価物の回収方法。
- 請求項3に記載のベッドマテリアル灰からの有価物の回収方法で回収されたふるい径1mm以上のベッドマテリアル灰を、脱硫材及び/又は流動床ボイラの流動媒体として使用することを特徴とする有価物の利用方法。
