Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、冷却媒体によって貫流される通路と、冷却される流体によって貫流される通路とが設けられ、両方の通路が壁によって互いに隔てられていて、該壁から複数のリブが両通路のうちの少なくとも1つの通路内に延びている形式の熱交換器において、各リブ6が1つの線形の上流縁11と2つの線形の下流縁15とを有しており、該1つの上流縁11と2つの下流縁15とが、リブ6の連続的に延びる2つの側壁12を画成している。

Claims (7)
- 熱交換器であって、冷却媒体によって貫流される通路と、冷却される流体によって貫流される通路とが設けられており、両方の通路が壁によって互いに隔てられていて、該壁から複数のリブが両通路のうちの少なくとも1つの通路内に延びている形式のものにおいて、各リブ(6)が1つの線形の上流縁(11)と2つの線形の下流縁(15)とを有しており、該1つの上流縁(11)と2つの下流縁(15)とが、リブ(6)の連続的に延びる2つの側壁(12)を画成していることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- リブ(6)が主流方向に沿って延びている、請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 各リブ(6)の、上流縁(11)及び下流縁(15)に接続する側壁(12)が、互いに対して90°以下の角度を成している、請求項1又は2記載の熱交換器。
- 各リブ(6)の上流縁(11)から延びている側壁(12)が、前方領域(13)において互いに対してほぼくさび形に配置されている、請求項3記載の熱交換器。
- 前方領域(13)において両方の側壁(12)に対する接線の間における角度が、主流方向において連続的に減少していて、側壁(12)は後方領域(14)において互いに平行に延びている、請求項1又は2記載の熱交換器。
- リブ(6)が主流方向に対して垂直に列を成して互いに並んで配置されていて、各列のリブ(6)が後続の列に対してずらされて配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器が排気ガス熱交換器として使用され、リブ(6)が排気ガスを通す通路(3)内に進入している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
