Claims (11)
- 管腔内の観察対象の断層像を取得するためのOCT観察器具において、
該断層からの反射光を取得するOCTプローブと、
前記OCTプローブが挿通される挿通路を有した枠体と、
前記枠体の周方向に沿って所定の間隔で取り付けられ、その内部に流動体が封入され得る少なくとも三つの流動体封入手段と、
任意の前記流動体封入手段に流動体を供給可能な流動体供給手段と、を備えたこと、を特徴とするOCT観察器具。 - 前記流動体供給手段は、流動体を供給すべき前記流動体封入手段を選択する選択手段と、選択された前記流動体封入手段に供給される流動体の量を調整する調整手段と、を有したこと、を特徴とする請求項1に記載のOCT観察器具。
- 前記選択手段には、前記少なくとも三つの流動体封入手段の各々を識別するための識別情報が付されていること、を特徴とする請求項2に記載のOCT観察器具。
- 前記調整手段は前記少なくとも三つの流動体封入手段の各々の内圧を検出する内圧検出手段を含み、その検出結果に基づいて流動体の量を調整すること、を特徴とする請求項3に記載のOCT観察器具。
- 前記枠体を、該低コヒーレント光に対して高い透過率を有する材料で形成したこと、を特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れかに記載のOCT観察器具。
- 前記枠体に、前記少なくとも三つの流動体封入手段の各々に流動体を導く複数の流動体伝送路を形成したこと、を特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れかに記載のOCT観察器具。
- 前記複数の流動体伝送路の各々は、その長手方向に直交する横断面形状がそれぞれ異なること、を特徴とする請求項6に記載のOCT観察器具。
- 前記枠体先端が面取りされていること、を特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れかに記載のOCT観察器具。
- 管腔内の観察対象の断層像を取得するためのOCT観察器具において、
低コヒーレント光を伝送する光ファイバと、
前記光ファイバから出射された光を該観察対象で結像させる対物光学系と、
前記光ファイバ及び前記対物光学系を覆ったシースと、
前記シースの周方向に沿って所定の間隔で取り付けられ、その内部に流動体が封入され得る少なくとも三つの流動体封入手段と、
任意の前記流動体封入手段に流動体を供給可能な流動体供給手段と、を備えたこと、を特徴とするOCT観察器具。 - 管腔内の所望の位置に処置具を固定させる固定器具であって、
処置具が挿通される挿通路を有した枠体と、
前記枠体の周方向に沿って所定の間隔で取り付けられ、その内部に流動体が封入され得る少なくとも三つの流動体封入手段と、
任意の前記流動体封入手段に流動体を供給可能な流動体供給手段と、を備えたこと、を特徴とする固定器具。 - 管腔内の観察対象の断層像を取得して画像化するOCTシステムにおいて、
請求項1から請求項8の何れかに記載のOCT観察器具と、
前記OCTプローブが取得した反射光を処理して所定の信号に変換する信号処理手段と、
該所定の信号に基づいて該断層画像を表示する表示手段と、を備えたこと、を特徴とするOCTシステム。
