Abstract
変速機、特に、手動式変速機の内部で生じた強制力が伝播することによる異音や振動の発生を抑制するシフト機構を提供すること。
【解決手段】
変速機のシフト機構1は、操作力を受けてする揺動するインナレバー2と、インナレバー2と係合しシフト方向に変位されるシフトヘッド3と、シフトヘッド3が形成されたシフトフォーク4と、シフトフォーク4が取り付けられシフト方向に変位可能に支持されたシフトフォークシャフト5と、シフトフォークシャフト5をばね力をもって変位可能に位置決めする位置決め機構6と、シフト機構1を収容するケース7と、シフトヘッド3とシフト方向に沿って対向するよう配置され、シフトフォークシャフト5がシフト方向に沿って所定のシフト位置に変位した際、シフトヘッド3が当接するストッパー8aと、を有する。

Claims (5)
- 変速機のシフト機構であって、
操作力を受けて揺動するインナレバーと、前記インナレバーと係合しシフト方向に変位されるシフトヘッドと、前記シフトヘッドが形成されたシフトフォークと、前記シフトフォークが取り付けられ前記シフト方向に変位可能に支持されたシフトフォークシャフトと、前記シフトフォークシャフトをばね力をもって変位可能に位置決めする位置決め機構と、前記シフト機構を収容するケースと、
前記シフトヘッドと前記シフト方向に沿って対向するよう配置され、前記シフトフォークシャフトが前記シフト方向に沿って所定のシフト位置に変位した際、該シフトヘッドが当接するストッパーと、
を有する、ことを特徴とする変速機のシフト機構。 - 前記ストッパーは、前記シフト方向に沿って、前記シフトヘッドの両側に対向するよう配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の変速機のシフト機構。
- 前記ストッパーは、前記インナレバーの荷重方向に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の変速機のシフト機構。
- 前記ストッパーは、前記ケースの内壁又は前記内壁に固定された別の部材であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の変速機のシフト機構。
- 前記変速機が手動変速機であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の変速機のシフト機構。
