Abstract
【解決手段】 血管内皮機能検査装置30によれば、生体14の肘付近を受けてそれを支持する肘支持部材86と、生体14の手背を受けてそれを支持する手背支持部材88とが備えられて、検査測定中において生体14の前腕部に巻回されたカフ74を空間に浮かすようにされていることから、カフ74の膨張による前腕部の動きが好適に抑制されるので、そのカフ74の膨張に関連した前腕部の動きに起因してセンサ保持装置10によって支持されている超音波プローブ12とそれが当てられている上腕動脈20との間に相対移動が発生することが防止され、安定した血管画像が得られて血管径の測定に支障が発生することが好適に解消される。

Claims (7)
- 生体の前腕部に巻回されたカフを用いて阻血した後にその阻血を解放するとともに、該生体の上腕部の皮膚上の超音波プローブの放射面から超音波を放射することにより該皮膚下の血管の内皮機能を検査する血管内皮機能検査装置であって、
前記生体の肘付近を受けてそれを支持する肘支持部材と、
前記生体の手背を受けてそれを支持する手背支持部材とを含み、
前記生体の前腕部に巻回されたカフを空間に浮かすようにしたことを特徴とする血管内皮機能検査装置。 - 前記肘支持部材および/または手背支持部材は、水平な支持面を有する支持台上に配置されて、水平方向において移動可能に配置されるものである請求項1の血管内皮機能検査装置。
- 前記肘支持部材および/または手背支持部材の受面の高さを調節する高さ調節装置を、含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2の血管内皮機能検査装置。
- 前記手背支持部材には、前記生体の手背を受けたときに該生体の手によって把持されるためのベルトが取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかの血管内皮機能検査装置。
- 生体の一部の皮膚上に配置された超音波プローブの放射面から超音波を放射することにより該皮膚下の血管の内皮機能を検査する血管内皮機能検査装置であって、
検査中の前記皮膚の移動に拘わらず前記放射面と該皮膚との間にカップリング剤を介在させるために、前記超音波プローブの前記放射面の周囲に設けられて該皮膚に対向する保持面を有することを特徴とする血管内皮機能検査装置。 - 前記超音波プローブの先端部には前記放射面から離れる方向に突き出すフランジ部が設けられ、前記保持面は、該フランジ部の前記皮膚に対向する側に設けられたものである請求項5の血管内皮機能検査装置。
- 生体の一部の皮膚上に配置された超音波プローブの放射面から超音波を放射することにより該皮膚下の血管の内皮機能を検査する血管内皮機能検査装置であって、
超音波プローブに検出された前記超音波の反射波に基づいて前記血管の断面画像を生成する断面画像生成手段と、
阻血解放後の前記断面画像内において、阻血前の血管の位置を基準とする予め設定された範囲内で血管を探索する血管位置探索手段と、
該血管位置探索手段によって探索された血管径を算出する血管径算出手段と
を、含むことを特徴とする血管内皮機能検査装置。
