Abstract
【構成】 コアと、入力巻線を複数の巻線帯に分割してコア上に分割巻回した第1層と、出力chの出力巻線毎に巻線帯に分割して第1層上に分割巻回した第2層と、を含む。ここで、入力巻線の巻線帯及び出力巻線の巻線帯は、入力巻線の巻回方向に離間して並ぶ巻線領域にそれぞれ1づつ収容されている。この巻線領域内において巻線帯のうちの大なる一方の巻線中心方向に沿った分布範囲内に他方の巻数帯が分布していることを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 複数の出力chを有する基板搭載用トランスであって、
コアと、
入力巻線を複数の巻線帯に分割して前記コア上に分割巻回した第1層と、
前記出力chの出力巻線毎に巻線帯に分割して前記第1層上に分割巻回した第2層と、を含み、
前記入力巻線の前記巻線帯及び前記出力巻線の前記巻線帯は前記入力巻線の巻回方向に離間して並ぶ巻線領域にそれぞれ1づつ収容されており、前記巻線領域内において前記巻線帯のうちの大なる一方の巻線中心方向に沿った分布範囲内に他方の巻数帯が分布していることを特徴とする基板搭載用トランス。 - 前記巻線領域内において前記入力巻線及び前記出力巻線の前記巻線帯同士の巻線方向における中心位置が一致していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の基板搭載用トランス。
- 前記出力巻線の前記巻線帯は前記出力巻線同士が並置されて互いに接触するように密に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の基板搭載用トランス。
- 制御入力巻線を複数の巻線帯に分割して前記第2層上に分割巻回した第3層と、
追加の出力chの追加の出力巻線毎に巻線帯に分割して前記第3層上に分割巻回した第4層と、を更に含み、
前記制御入力巻線の前記巻線帯及び前記追加の出力巻線の前記巻線帯は前記巻線領域にそれぞれ1づつ収容されており、前記巻線領域内において前記巻線帯のうちの大なる一方の巻線中心方向に沿った分布範囲内に他方の巻数帯が分布していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちの1に記載の基板搭載用トランス。 - 前記巻線領域内において前記制御入力巻線及び前記追加の出力巻線の前記巻線体同士の巻線方向における中心位置が一致していることを特徴とする請求項4記載の基板搭載用トランス。
- 前記追加の出力巻線の前記巻線帯は前記出力巻線同士が並置されて互いに接触するように密に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の基板搭載用トランス。
- 前記巻線領域内において、前記入力巻線、前記出力巻線、前記制御入力巻線及び前記追加の出力巻線の前記巻線帯同士の巻線方向における中心位置が一致していることを特徴とする請求項4記載の基板搭載用トランス。
