Abstract

第2のリン(12)であって、第2の寸法を有するQDリンの粒子からなり、該QDリンの粒子が、前記励起波長の光を、光強度が波長の関数として変化することを特徴とするQDリンスペクトルを有する光に変換する、第2のリン(12)と
からなる、リン組成物(10)。 - 前記第1のリン(11)の粒子が、第1の化学組成を有する粒子からなり、前記第2のリン(12)の粒子が、第2の化学組成を有するリンからなる、請求項1に記載のリン組成物(10)。

- 励起波長の励起光を発する励起光源(105)と、
第1のリン(11)であって、第1の寸法を有する第1のリン(11)の粒子からなり、該第1のリン(11)の粒子が、励起波長の光を、光強度が波長の関数として変化することを特徴とする第1のスペクトルを有する光に変換し、前記第1のスペクトルが、前記第1のリン(11)の粒子とは無関係である、第1のリン(11)、および
第2のリン(12)であって、QDリン第2の寸法を有するQDリンの粒子からなり、該QDリンの粒子が、前記励起波長の光を、光強度が波長の関数として変化することを特徴とする光に変換する、第2のリン(12)
を含むリンの層(107)と
を含む光源(100)。 - 第1のリン(11)の粒子が、第1の化学組成の粒子なり、第2のリン(12)の粒子が、第2の化学組成のリンからなる、請求項10に記載の光源(100)。
- 前記第1の化学組成が、前記第2の化学組成とは異なる、請求項11に記載の光源(100)。
- 前記第1の化学組成が、前記第2の化学組成と同じである、請求項11に記載の光源(100)。
- 前記第1のリン(11)の粒子および前記QDリンの粒子が、所定の濃度の比で存在し、該比、前記第1のリン(11)の粒子、およびQDリンの粒子が、前記QDリンのスペクトルおよび前記第1のスペクトルを含む合わせられたスペクトルが、波長の関数として、QDリンのスペクトルまたは第1のスペクトルより均一な強度を有するように選択される、請求項10に記載の光源(100)。
- 前記合わせられたスペクトルが、白色光として知覚される、請求項10に記載の光源(100)。
- 前記第1のリン(11)の粒子が、ガーネット、硫化物、チオメタレート、シリケート、酸化物、酸窒化物、窒化物およびセレン化物ベースのリンからなる群から選択される粒子からなる、請求項10に記載の光源(100)。
- 前記第1のリン(11)の粒子が、希土類元素でドープされている、請求項16に記載の光源(100)。
- 前記QDリンの前記粒子が、CdS、CdSe、CdTe、CdPo、ZnS、ZnSe、ZnTe、ZnPo、MgS、MgSe、MgTe、PbSe、PbS、PbTe、HgS、HgSe、HgTe、Cd(S1−xSex)、BaTiO3、PbZrO3、PbZrzTi1−zO3、BaxSr1−xTiO3、SrTiO3、LaMnO3、CaMnO3およびLa1−xCaxMnO3を含む、請求項10に光源(100)。
- 前記第1のリン(11)の粒子および前記QDリンの粒子が、濃度の所定の比で存在しており、該比、前記第1のリン(11)の粒子、および前記QDリンの粒子が、前記QDリンのスペクトルおよび前記第1のスペクトルを含む合わせられたスペクトルが、波長の関数として、前記QDリンのスペクトルまたは第1のスペクトルよりも均一な強度を有するように選択される、請求項10に記載の光源(100)。
