Abstract

Claims (7)
- 被覆されたフィラメントの巻き付けられたインサートを製造するための方法であって、各フィラメントが、金属シースで被覆されたセラミック繊維を有し、被覆されたフィラメントのシートをピースに巻き付けるステップを含み、該ステップにおいて、巻き付けの開始時に、インサートの内側部分を拘束するための金属シムが巻き付けられ、巻き付けの終わりに、インサートの外側部分を拘束するための金属シムが巻き付けられる、方法。
- インサートの外側部分を拘束するための金属シムの第2の端部が、シートの最後の層を覆い、かつ最後の層の第1の端部の付近に溶接される、請求項1に記載の被覆されたフィラメントの巻き付けられたインサートを製造するための方法。
- インサートの内側部分を拘束するための金属シムの第1の端部が、シートの第1の端部に一致して同一面である、請求項1または2に記載の被覆されたフィラメントの巻き付けられたインサートを製造するための方法。
- シートが、隣接するフィラメント間にスポット溶接部を形成するレーザ溶接によって形成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の被覆されたフィラメントの巻き付けられたインサートを製造するための方法。
- 方法の終わりにおいて、巻き付けられたインサートが、巻き付けられたインサートが金属シムと一緒に巻き付けられるピースから取り外される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の被覆されたフィラメントの巻き付けられたインサートを製造するためのプロセス。
- 被覆されたフィラメントの巻き付けられたインサートであって、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって形成され、内側部分を拘束するための金属シムおよび外側部分を拘束するための金属シムを備える、被覆されたフィラメントのシートの巻き付け体を備える、巻き付けられたインサート。
- 金属母材の内部をセラミック繊維が延びる、金属母材を有する複合材料製のインサートを備える構成部品を製造するための方法であって、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って得られた、被覆されたフィラメントの巻き付けられたインサートが、金属容器の環状の空洞に配置され、金属蓋が、容器に追加され、アセンブリが、熱間等静圧プレスによって圧縮される、方法。
