Abstract
【解決手段】アルカリ金属成分をガラス構成成分として含むガラス基板の片面又は両面に、リチウム化合物、ナトリウム化合物、カリウム化合物、ルビジウム化合物、セシウム化合物、銅化合物、銀化合物、タリウム化合物からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種、有機樹脂並びに有機溶剤を含有するペーストを塗布し、ガラス基板の軟化温度より低い温度で熱処理することによって製造される、光線指向性化ガラス基板。
Description
以下、本発明の光線指向性化ガラス基板及びそれを用いた照明装置について詳細に説明する。
本発明の光線指向性化ガラス基板は、アルカリ金属成分をガラス構成成分として含むガラス基板の片面又は両面に、リチウム化合物、ナトリウム化合物、カリウム化合物、ルビジウム化合物、セシウム化合物、銅化合物、銀化合物、タリウム化合物からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種、有機樹脂並びに有機溶剤を含有するペーストを塗布し、ガラス基板の軟化温度より低い温度で熱処理することによって製造される。
A/B≧0.5(特に好ましくはA/B≧1)
を満たすように塗布することが好ましい。
本発明の照明装置(平面光源)は、1)前記光線指向性化ガラス基板と、2)前記基板中に光線を入射する手段と、を有する。

Claims (9)
- アルカリ金属成分をガラス構成成分として含むガラス基板の片面又は両面に、リチウム化合物、ナトリウム化合物、カリウム化合物、ルビジウム化合物、セシウム化合物、銅化合物、銀化合物、タリウム化合物からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種、有機樹脂並びに有機溶剤を含有するペーストを塗布し、ガラス基板の軟化温度より低い温度で熱処理することによって製造される、光線指向性化ガラス基板。
- ペーストを円形又は線形に塗布する、請求項1に記載の光線指向性化ガラス基板。
- ペーストを円形に複数塗布し、且つ、隣接する円の中心どうしの間隔が100μm以下となるように塗布する、請求項1に記載の光線指向性化ガラス基板。
- ペーストを線形に複数塗布し、且つ、隣接する線の中心軸どうしの間隔が100μm以下となるように線どうしを平行に塗布する、請求項1に記載の光線指向性化ガラス基板。
- ペーストをスクリーン印刷又はインクジェット印刷により塗布する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の光線指向性化ガラス基板。
- ガラス基板が、アルカリ金属成分を酸化物換算で2重量%以上含むガラスからなり、該ガラスがケイ酸塩ガラス、ホウケイ酸塩ガラス、リン酸塩ガラス又は弗リン酸塩ガラスである、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の光線指向性化ガラス基板。
- 1)請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の光線指向性化ガラス基板と、2)前記基板中に光線を入射する手段と、を有する照明装置。
- 光線を入射する手段が、LED素子、有機EL素子又は無機EL素子から照射された光線を入射する手段である、請求項7に記載の照明装置。
- 光線を入射する手段が、ハロゲンランプ、メタルハロゲンランプ、熱陰極管又は冷陰極管から照射された光線を入射する手段である、請求項7に記載の照明装置。
