Abstract
【解決手段】無軌道移動装置の位置決め装置は、製造装置1の側面に取り付ける一方の部分18と無軌道移動装置7の側面に取り付ける他方の部分19とより成り、一方の部分18は、製造装置1の側面に互いに離間して配置したブロック21,22と、該ブロック21,22に形成した弧状溝23,24とにより構成し、他方の部分19は、ブロック21,22の弧状溝23,24に嵌入される回転ローラ25,26と、回転ローラ25,26を支持するアーム27,28とより構成し、アーム27は、変位可能手段29と、アーム27をスライド自在に支持するためのガイドレール32と、該アーム27をアーム28から常時離れる方向に抑制するスプリング36とにより構成する。アーム28は、固定する手段30とにより構成する。

Claims (1)
- 半導体製造装置等の製造装置の側面に取り付ける一方の部分と、無軌道移動装置の側面に取り付ける他方の部分とより成り、
上記一方の部分は、上記製造装置の側面に互いに離間して配置した一方及び他方のブロックと、上記一方及び他方のブロックの互いに対向する面に夫々形成した溝とにより構成し、上記他方の部分は、上記夫々のブロックの溝に夫々嵌入される一方及び他方の回転ローラと、これらの回転ローラを夫々支持する一方及び他方のアームと、上記一方のアームを上記無軌道移動装置の側面に取り付けるための変位可能手段と、上記他方のアームを上記無軌道移動装置の側面に固定する固定手段とにより構成し、上記変位可能手段が、上記一方のアームをスライド自在に支持するため上記無軌道移動装置の側面に沿って固定したガイドレールと、上記一方のアームを上記他方の固定アームから常時離れる方向に抑制するスプリングとにより構成したことを特徴とする無軌道移動装置の位置決め装置。
