Abstract
【解決手段】室外熱交換器と、室内熱交換器と、高圧冷媒と低圧冷媒との間で熱交換させる内部熱交換器とを備えた冷凍サイクルを有し、室外熱交換器と前記内部熱交換器に、同じ横断面形状の、内部に複数の孔が並列に延設された並列多孔扁平管を用いたことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。

Description
図1は、本発明の一実施態様に係る車両用空調装置を示しており、とくに、室外熱交換器と内部熱交換器を一体化した場合の例を示している。図1において、1は蒸気圧縮式の冷凍サイクルを示しており、該冷凍サイクル1は、圧縮機2、室外熱交換器と内部熱交換器が一体化された熱交換器3、膨張弁5、室内熱交換器としての蒸発器6、気液分離器7を備えている。送風機8によってダクト9内を送られる空調用空気は、蒸発器6内で蒸発される冷媒と熱交換され、車室内へと送られる。コントローラ10は、蒸発器6の出口側に設けられた室内熱交換器温度センサ11からの検出信号を参照して、圧縮機2に駆動制御信号を送る。

Claims (13)
- 室外熱交換器と、室内熱交換器と、高圧冷媒と低圧冷媒との間で熱交換させる内部熱交換器とを備えた冷凍サイクルを有する車両用空調装置において、前記室外熱交換器と前記内部熱交換器に、同じ横断面形状の、内部に複数の孔が並列に延設された並列多孔扁平管を用いたことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。
- 前記室外熱交換器と前記内部熱交換器が一体化されている、請求項1に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 圧縮機、室外熱交換器、膨張弁、室内熱交換器、気液分離器、圧縮機の順に冷媒を循環させる冷凍サイクルを有し、室外熱交換器と膨張弁の間の高圧冷媒と、気液分離器と圧縮機の間の低圧冷媒との間で熱交換させる内部熱交換器を備えた車両用空調装置において、前記室外熱交換器と前記内部熱交換器を一体化するとともに、前記室外熱交換器と前記内部熱交換器に、同じ横断面形状の、内部に複数の孔が並列に延設された並列多孔扁平管を用いたことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。
- 前記室外熱交換器と前記内部熱交換器が一体化された熱交換器を構成する並列多孔扁平管の一部に前記低圧冷媒を流すことで内部熱交換器が形成されている、請求項2または3に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 少なくとも一部の並列多孔扁平管の孔列中の一部の孔のみに低圧冷媒を流し、それ以外の孔に高圧冷媒を流すことで内部熱交換器が形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の車両用空調装置。
- 並列多孔扁平管の孔列中の中央部に位置する孔に低圧冷媒を流し、それ以外の孔に高圧冷媒を流すことで内部熱交換器が形成されている、請求項5に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 並列多孔扁平管における低圧冷媒と高圧冷媒の流れ方向を対向流とする、請求項5または6に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 低圧冷媒を流している並列多孔扁平管と高圧冷媒を流している並列多孔扁平管とが、あるいは、低圧冷媒および高圧冷媒を流している並列多孔扁平管同士が、実質的に互いに密着するように積層されている、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の車両用空調装置。
- 低圧冷媒を流している並列多孔扁平管と高圧冷媒を流している並列多孔扁平管の数量により、あるいは、低圧冷媒および高圧冷媒を流している並列多孔扁平管の数量により、内部熱交換器の熱交換能力が調節されている、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の車両用空調装置。
- 低圧冷媒および高圧冷媒を流している並列多孔扁平管を挟むように、高圧冷媒のみを流している並列多孔扁平管が配列されている、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の車両用空調装置。
- 内部熱交換器を構成するヘッダパイプの内側が、高圧冷媒の領域と低圧冷媒の領域とに分割されている、請求項2〜10のいずれかに記載の車両用空調装置。
- 内部熱交換器を構成する並列多孔扁平管の端部形状を凸型とし、その凸部に対応する位置の孔に低圧冷媒が流れ、それ以外の孔に高圧冷媒が流れるように、並列多孔扁平管の端部への嵌合部品が形成されている、請求項11に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 内部熱交換器の少なくとも一部が、室外熱交換器冷却用の外気の通風経路以外に位置するように搭載されている、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の車両用空調装置。
