Claims (6)
- 少なくとも、冷媒を圧縮するコンプレッサ(101)と、このコンプレッサ(101)で圧縮された冷媒を冷却する放熱器(103)と、この放熱器(103)で冷却された冷媒を減圧する減圧手段(105)と、この減圧手段(105)で減圧された冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器(113)と、前記放熱器(103)で冷却された冷媒と前記蒸発器(113)で蒸発した冷媒との間で熱交換する内部熱交換器(115)とを備え、前記内部熱交換器(115)を通過した冷媒を前記コンプレッサ(101)へ戻して循環させる冷凍サイクルに用いられる熱交換器(111)であって、
前記内部熱交換器(115)を前記蒸発器(113)と一体に構成し、前記内部熱交換器(115)と前記蒸発器(113)の熱交換部(121)との間で冷媒の熱交換を行うことを特徴とする熱交換器(111)。 - 前記内部熱交換器(115)を多穴構造の扁平チューブ(124、126、128)で構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記内部熱交換器(115)は2系統の冷媒流路(116、118)を備え、このうちの1系統の冷媒流路(116)を前記蒸発器(113)の熱交換部(121)と一体に構成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記内部熱交換器(215)と前記蒸発器(213)のヘッダーパイプ部(219)との間で冷媒の熱交換を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記内部熱交換器(215)の冷媒流路(215a)を前記蒸発器(213)のヘッダーパイプ部(219)内に形成したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記内部熱交換器(215)の冷媒流路(215a)を多穴構造の扁平チューブ(126、128)で構成し、この多穴構造の扁平チューブ(126、128)を前記蒸発器(213)のヘッダーパイプ部(219)と一体に構成したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
