Claims (11)
- 加熱媒体又は冷却媒体特に加熱ガスを導く少なくとも1つの通路(4,5)を有する多管式熱交換器であって、管群(2)の管(3)が、通路縦軸線(6)に対して実質的に平行に通路(4,5)を通って延び、加熱媒体又は冷却媒体が、通路(4,5)のそれぞれの周壁(7,8)に交互に設けられて取付けられる環(9)及び円板(10)により、通路(4,5)の軸線方向に見てジグザグに、実質的に円環状の断面を持つ通路(4,5)を通って導かれるものにおいて、少なくとも1つの通路(4,5)において、環(9)及び円板(10)が、円筒状切欠き(11)又は穴により、通路(4,5)のそれぞれすべての管(3)を受入れかつ位置ぎめし、環(9)及び円板(10)の周囲輪郭(11)が、媒体流通例(13)で、管群の最も外側又は最も内側の管(3)の中心(14,15)にそれぞれ従い、周囲輪郭(12)が、最も外側又は最も内側のすべての管(3)を包囲する辺(16)を含んでいることを特徴とする、多管式熱交換器。
- 辺(16)の幅(B)が、管(3)の外壁と周囲輪郭(12)との間隔として少なくとも部分的に一定であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多管式熱交換器。
- 辺(16)の幅(B)が3〜10mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の多管式熱交換器。
- 辺(16)の幅(B)が3mmより小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の多管式熱交換器。
- 周囲輪郭(12)が、少なくとも部分的に最も外側又は最も内側の管(3)の外側輪郭に波状に従っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の1つに記載の多管式熱交換器。
- 周囲輪郭(12)が、少なくとも部分的に、2つ又はそれ以上の外側又は内側の管中心(14,15)の仮想結合線に対して平行に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の1つに記載の多管式熱交換器。
- 1つより多い通路(4,5)が存在する場合、これらが互いに同心的に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の1つに記載の多管式熱交換器。
- 1つより多い通路(4,5)が存在する場合、周囲輪郭(12)により形成されるすべての管(3)を受入れる環(9)及び円板(10)が、1つの外側通路(5)又は複数の外側通路に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多管式熱交換器。
- 管群の管(3)がU字状管又は直線管として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の1つに記載の多管式熱交換器。
- 環(9)及び/又は円板(10)が半月状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の1つに記載の多管式熱交換器。
- 断面側で通路(4,5)内の管(3)が、三角形又は四角形又は他の幾何学的ピッチ又は構造で設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の1つに記載の多管式熱交換器。
