Claims (21)
- 等しい中心角間隔で円に沿ってハウジングとコア部との間において配置された、軸に平行な同一方向に回転する多数のシャフトを有する押出し機において、該シャフトには隣接シャフトが相互の咬合する処理加工要素を配設され、かくしてハウジングの内面とコア部の外面とにおいて、シャフトを受容するための軸に平行な円形セグメント形状の長手方向押し込み部が設けられ、ハウジングが多数のハウジングセグメントから構成され、その内の少なくとも一つのセグメントは、加熱装置を配設して有し且つ材料フィード上流側端部において材料供給開口部をまた材料フィード下流側端部において取り出し部を有するものとした前記押出し機であって、
該コア部(4)が、外部方向に導出される、冷却流体が貫流可能である冷却チャンネルを有すること、加熱装置(27)を配設した少なくとも一つのハウジングセグメント(16乃至19)が、冷却流体が貫流可能であり、軸に平行で、円周方向に分配され、相互に連結され且つ該ハウジングセグメント(16乃至19)の断面が処理加工チャンバー(2)に対面させた冷却穿孔(28)を備えた冷却回路を有すること、及び少なくとも一つのハウジングセグメント(16乃至19)には、該加熱装置(27)と冷却流体の該冷却穿孔(28)内の貫流流量とを制御するための温度制御装置が配置されることを特徴とする押出し機。 - コア部(4)内の冷却チャンネルが、軸方向穿孔(29)及び該軸方向穿孔の周囲に配置された、ラセン形状の外部チャンネル(31)とから形成されること、及び該冷却媒体(31)が、材料フィード下流側端部において供給され、材料フィード上流側端部の方向に流動することを特徴とする、請求項1において記載された押出し機。

- 該開口部(38乃至42)が、材料の供給又は排出のための固定又は可動の取り付け装置(46)を配設して有することを特徴とする、請求項8において記載された押出し機。
- 該ハウジングセグメント(16乃至19,21,22)の少なくとも一部分が、タイロッド(48)によって予めテンションを掛けた状態で緊密に一体に保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1において記載された押出し機。
- 少なくとも三つの、好ましくは四つのタイロッド(48)が配設されることを特徴とする、請求項10において記載された押出し機。
- 該ハウジングセグメント(16乃至19,21,22)の半径方向定置が、該タイロッド(48)によって実行されることを特徴とする、請求項10又は11において記載された押出し機。
- スリーブ形状の充填材ローディング部材(63)が、該タイロッド(48)に配設されることを特徴とする、請求項10乃至12の内のいずれか一項において記載された押出し機。
- 該タイロッド(48)が、材料フィード下流側ハウジングセグメント(16)上の一つの端部及びセグメント(25)の材料フィード下流側において材料供給開口部(26)を設けた一枚のプレート(23)上にある他端部と嵌合することを特徴とする、請求項10乃至13の内のいずれか一項において記載された押出し機。
- 材料供給開口部(26)を有するセグメント(25)には材料フィード下流側にテーパー付けされたロート形状の内壁を有するセグメント(25)が材料フィード下流側において取り付けされることを特徴とする、上記請求項の内のいずれか一項において記載された押出し機。
- 該ハウジング(1)及び該コア部(4)とが、相互に軸方向に一方向に可動状態に形成されることを特徴とする、上記請求項の内のいずれか一項において記載された押出し機。
- 該取り出し部が、取り出しセグメント(85)によって形成され、その結果その都度隣接する二本のシャフト(3)が、双シャフト(86)として該取り出しセグメント(85)内に伸展しまた該双シャフト(86)に隣接する二本のシャフト(3)が取り出しセグメント(85)にまでしか伸展しないことを特徴とする、請求項1において記載された押出し機。
- 該取り出し部が、取り出しセグメント(85)によって形成され、その結果二番目のシャフトがいずれも該取り出しセグメント(85)内に伸展しまた残りのシャフト(3)が取り出しセグメント(85)において終結することを特徴とする、請求項1において記載された押出し機。
- 該取り出しセグメント(85)が、外周において加熱装置(27)及び/又はハウジングセグメント(16乃至19)の冷却穿孔(28)に相当する冷却穿孔(28)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項17又は18において記載された押出し機。
- 該取り出し部(85)が、コア部(4)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項17乃至19の内のいずれか一項において記載された押出し機。
- ハウジングセグメント(16乃至19)が、その内面において粉末冶金学により製造された材料により形成されること及び/又は固有の内部物体を有することを特徴とする、上記請求項の内のいずれか一項において記載された押出し機。
