Claims (11)
- 溶解した酸素と反応し得る水溶性の還元性塩を水に添加する予備段階(a)を含むことを特徴とする炭化カルシウムの加水分解によるアセチレンの製造方法。
- 前記水溶性の還元性塩は、水溶性のアルカリ金属塩またはアルカリ土類金属塩から選択される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記水溶性の還元性塩は、亜硫酸塩(SO3 2-)、亜硫酸水素塩(HSO3 -)、チオ硫酸塩(S2O3 2-)、硫化物(S2-)または硫化水素(HS-)から選択される、請求項1および2のいずれか一方記載の方法。
- 前記水溶性の還元性塩は、重亜硫酸ナトリウムまたは亜硫酸水素カリウムである、請求項2および3のいずれか一方記載の方法。
- 前記段階(a)において、前記水に添加される亜硫酸水素塩の量は、前記水中の酸素の濃度に合せて調整される、請求項1ないし4のうちのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記段階(a)において、前記水に添加される亜硫酸水素塩の量は、生成される前記アセチレン中の酸素の濃度に合せて調整される、請求項1ないし5のうちのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 炭化カルシウムの加水分解が行われる少なくとも1つの反応器と、前記反応器に水を送給することが可能な少なくとも1つのパイプと、前記反応器から生成された前記アセチレンの取り出しを可能にすることができる少なくとも1つのパイプと、を具備し、水溶性の還元性塩を収容するための少なくとも1つのタンクと、前記反応器または複数の前記反応器のそれぞれに送給するための前記水に前記塩を計量し、かつ送給することが可能な少なくとも1つの手段と、をさらに具備することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のうちのいずれか1項記載の方法の実施のために好適なアセチレンの製造プラント。
- 前記タンクまたは複数の前記タンクの上流の循環路を移動する前記水中の酸素の含有量を測定するための少なくとも1つの手段をさらに具備することを特徴とする、請求項7記載のプラント。
- 前記水に前記水溶性の還元性塩を計量し、かつ送給することが可能な前記手段または複数の前記手段は、プログラム可能な制御器を介して、前記水中の酸素の含有量を測定するための前記手段の制御を受けることを特徴とする、請求項8記載のプラント。
- 前記アセチレン中の酸素の含有量を測定するための少なくとも1つの手段を、前記反応器の出口にさらに具備することを特徴とする、請求項7ないし9のうちのいずれか1項記載のプラント。
- 前記水に前記水溶性の還元性塩を計量し、かつ送給することが可能な前記手段または複数の前記手段は、プログラム可能な制御器を介して、前記アセチレン中の酸素の含有量を測定するための前記手段の制御を受けることを特徴とする、請求項10記載のプラント。
