Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 膨張黒鉛製品の製造方法であって、
a)膨張黒鉛を圧縮して黒鉛薄膜を形成するステップ、
b)前記黒鉛薄膜を砕いて黒鉛フレークを形成するステップ、および
c)前記黒鉛フレークを金型内に配置し、該黒鉛フレークを圧縮して所定の形状を形成するステップ
を含んでおり、
前記ステップa)、b)およびc)の少なくとも1つにおいて、前記膨張黒鉛に結合剤が混合される方法。 - 前記結合剤が、前記ステップa)および前記ステップc)において混合される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記結合剤が、ポリマーを主体とする結合剤、セラミックを主体とする結合剤、またはリン酸塩を主体とする結合剤のうちの少なくとも1つである請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーを主体とする結合剤が、さらに導電性材料を含んでいる請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップc)において、少なくとも1枚以上の金属シートが、圧縮の方向において前記金型内の前記黒鉛フレークに挿入される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記金属シートが、少なくとも1つ以上の非一様部を備えて形成されている請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記金属シートが、少なくとも1つ以上の穴を備えて形成されている請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップc)において、金型内の黒鉛フレークに繊維状の材料が添加される請求項5に記載の方法。
