Abstract

Claims (9)
- スリーブ(18)と、ピニオン(11)と、前記スリーブ(18)と前記ピニオン(11)との間に作動的に挟持された係脱可能な結合装置(12)とを有する作動ヘッド(10)を備え、前記スリーブ(18)および回転自在なシャフト(17)は、互いに協働するスプライン(15)(16)を有し、前記シャフトは、後方の第1当接部(21)と、前方の第2当接部(22)とを備え、前記両当接部は、ピニオンの静止位置と作動位置との間の前記作動ヘッド(10)のスライド運動のコースを構成するように、前記シャフトに沿って位置しており、前記後方の第1当接部は、ストッパーリング(21)を備え、このストッパーリングは、弾性的であり、かつ前記シャフトにおける環状位置決め溝(23)内に挿入されている、電動スターターの回転自在なシャフト(17)に、ストッパーリング(21)を取り付けるための方法であって、
−第1ステップにおいて、前記溝(23)と前記ストッパーリング(21)(15)との間のアクセス可能な取り付けゾーン内に位置する軸方向シャフト部分(27)に、前記ストッパーリング(21)を取り付け、
−第2ステップにおいて、ラジアルアクセス部を有しない作動ゾーン内に配置された前記位置決め溝(23)まで、前記シャフト部分(27)に沿って前記ストッパーリング(21)を駆動するように、前記静止位置に向けて、前記作動ヘッド(10)を軸方向に変位させることにより、前記回転自在なシャフト(17)に、ストッパーリング(21)を取り付ける方法。 - 前記減速機(13)の突出部分(26)の後方に、前記ストッパーリング(21)を収容するためのサービスゾーンが配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の取り付け方法。
- シャフト部分(27)は、前記位置決め溝(23)に向かって大きくなる断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の取り付け方法。
- スリーブ(18)と、ピニオン(11)と、前記スリーブ(18)と前記ピニオン(11)との間に作動的に挟持された係脱可能な結合装置(12)とを有する作動ヘッド(10)を備え、前記シャフトは、後方の第1当接部(21)と、前方の第2当接部(22)とを備え、前記両当接部は、ピニオンの静止位置と作動位置との間の前記作動ヘッド(10)のスライド運動のコースを構成するように、前記シャフトに沿って位置しており、前記後方の第1当接部は、ストッパーリング(21)を備え、このストッパーリングは、弾性的であり、かつ前記シャフト内の環状位置決め溝(23)内に挿入されている、自動車のための電動スターターにおいて、
前記位置決め溝(23)は、前記電動モータの前記ケーシング(50)を囲む前記減速機(13)の突出部分(26)の後方であって、ラジアルアクセス部を有しない作動ゾーンに位置していることを特徴とする、自動車用電動スターター。 - 前記位置決め溝(23)は、前記作動ゾーンにおける前記ストッパーリング(21)の軸方向の移動を停止させるようになっている正面(28)を有することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の電動スターター。
- 前記正面(28)を向く前記位置決め溝(23)の境界が、環状当接面(29)によって定められ、前記当接面の幅は、前記正面(28)の幅よりも広くなっていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の電動スターター。
- 前記当接面(29)から前記正面(28)を分離する前記溝(23)の軸方向長さは、1つ以上の弾性ストッパーリング(21)を受けるように選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の電動スターター。
- 前記位置決め溝(23)は、切頭円錐形をしたシャフト部分(27)により、前記作動ヘッドシャフト(17)のスプライン(15)から軸方向に分離されており、前記シャフト部分(27)の前記スプライン(15)側の幅(D1)は、前記溝の前記正面(28)に近い直径(D2)よりも狭くなっていることを特徴とする、請求項6または7記載の電動スターター。
- 前記係脱可能な結合装置(12)は、フライホイールから成っていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の電動スターター。
