Claims (9)
- 실린더통(18), 피니언(11) 및 상기 실린더통(18)과 피니언(11) 사이에 삽입될 수 있는 연동차단이 가능한 연결장치(12)를 포함하는 스타터 구동 조립체(10)가 구비되는 전기 스타터의 회전 샤프트(17) 상에 리테이닝 링(21)을 설치하는 방법으로서, 상기 실린더통(18) 및 샤프트(17)는 상호 작용하는 스플라인(15,16)을 포함하고, 상기 샤프트는 상기 피니언의 정지위치와 작동위치 사이에서 상기 스타터 구동 조립체(10)의 슬라이딩 이동을 한정하기 위하여 상기 샤프트를 따라 일정한 간격을 두고 배열된 제1 후방 지지부(21)와 제2 전방 지지부(22)를 포함하며, 상기 제1 후방 지지부는 상기 샤프트의 환형 위치설정 홈(23) 내에 삽입되는 탄성의 리테이닝 링(21)으로 형성되는 전기 스타터의 회전 샤프트(17) 상에 리테이닝 링(21)을 설치하는 방법에 있어서,- 상기 홈(23)과 스플라인(15) 사이의 접근 가능한 설치 구역 내에 위치되는 축 방향 샤프트 부분(27)에 상기 리테이닝 링(21)이 설치하는 제1 단계,- 상기 리테이닝 링(21)을 상기 샤프트 부분(27)을 따라 방사상으로 접근할 수 없는 구역 내에 위치하는 위치설정 홈(23)에 이르기까지 이동시키기 위하여 상기 스타터 구동 조립체(10)를 안착 위치로 축 방향 이동시키는 제2 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 설치 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 리테이닝 링(21)의 하우징 구역은 감속기(13)의 돌출부(26)로부터 들어간 위치에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 설치 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 위치설정 홈(23) 쪽으로 점점 증가하는 단면을 가진 샤프트 부분(27)을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 설치 방법.
- 실린더통(18), 피니언(11) 및 상기 실린더통(18)과 피니언(11) 사이에 삽입될 수 있는 연동차단이 가능한 연결장치(12)를 포함하는 스타터 구동 조립체(10)가 구비되는 차량용 전기 스타터로서, 샤프트는 상기 피니언의 정지위치와 작동위치 사이에서 상기 스타터 구동 조립체(10)의 슬라이딩 이동을 한정하기 위하여 상기 샤프트를 따라 일정한 간격을 두고 배열된 제1 후방 지지부(21)와 제2 전방 지지부(22)를 포함하며, 상기 제1 후방 지지부는 상기 샤프트의 환형 위치설정 홈(23) 내에 삽입되는 탄성의 리테이닝 링(21)으로 형성되는 차량용 전기 스타터에 있어서,상기 위치설정 홈(23)은 방사상으로 접근할 수 없는 구역 내에 배치되며, 전기 모터의 케이스(50)를 둘러싸는 감속기(13)의 돌출부(26)로부터 들어간 위치에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전기 스타터.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 위치설정 홈(23)은 상기 구역 내에서 상기 리테이닝 링(21)을 축 방향으로 차단하기 위한 정면(28)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 스타터.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 위치설정 홈(23)은 상기 정면(28)의 맞은편의 환형 지지면(29)에 의해 한정되며, 상기 지지면의 너비는 상기 정면(28)의 너비보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 스타터.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 정면(28)과 지지면(29)을 분리하는 상기 홈(23)의 축 방향 길이는 하나 또는 다수의 탄성 리테이닝 링(21)을 수용할 수 있도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 스타터.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 위치설정 홈(23)은 원통형 샤프트 부분(27)에 의해 상기 스타터 구동 조립체(17)의 샤프트 스플라인(15)과는 축 방향으로 분리되며, 상기 스플라인(15)의 측면 직경(D1)은 상기 홈의 정면(28)에 인접한 직경(D2)보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 스타터.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 연동차단이 가능한 연결장치(12)는 프리휠로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 스타터.
