Claims (19)
- 容量性の分圧器を形成する第一及び第二のキャパシタの対と、
周期的な入力供給電圧の一部から、該第二のキャパシタで、負荷回路に結合される第二の供給電圧を生成するため、該容量性の分圧器に結合される周期的な入力供給電圧のソースと、
該第二の供給電圧を調整する方式で、該第一のキャパシタを該第二のキャパシタに選択的に結合するため、該第二のキャパシタに結合されるスイッチと、
を備えることを特徴とする電源。 - 該スイッチは、該第二の供給電圧を調整するための負帰還の方式で、該第一のキャパシタを該第二のキャパシタに選択的に結合するため、該第二のキャパシタに結合される、
請求項1記載の電源。 - 該スイッチは、該第一のキャパシタを該第二のキャパシタに選択的に結合するため、該第二の供給電圧を感知し、該感知された電圧を基準電圧と比較する制御回路からの制御信号に応答する、
請求項1記載の電源。 - 該スイッチは、該第一のキャパシタと該第二のキャパシタとの間に結合され、該第一のキャパシタを該第二のキャパシタに選択的に結合するため、制御回路からの制御信号に応答する、
請求項1記載の電源。 - 該スイッチは、該第一のキャパシタを該第二のキャパシタに選択的に結合するため、該第二のキャパシタ間に短絡回路を備える、
請求項1記載の電源。 - 該スイッチは、少なくとも1つのトランジスタを備える、
請求項1記載の電源。 - 該第一のキャパシタと該第二のキャパシタとの間に第一のダイオードが結合され、該第二のキャパシタは、基準電位に結合される第一の端子を有する、
請求項1記載の電源。 - 該第一のキャパシタと該基準電位との間に第二のダイオードが結合される、
請求項7記載の電源。 - 周期的な入力供給電圧のソースは、整流器に結合される交流電圧源を備える、
請求項1記載の電源。 - 該スイッチは、該第二のキャパシタの充電の調整、及び該第二のキャパシタの放電の調整のうちの一方について、制御信号に従って該第一のキャパシタと該第二のキャパシタを選択的に結合する、
請求項1記載の電源。 - 該スイッチは、該第一のキャパシタと該第二のキャパシタのうちの一方が第一の方向で充電されたとき、該第一のキャパシタと該第二のキャパシタとの間の電荷の転送を変え、該第一のキャパシタと該第二のキャパシタのうちの該一方が該第一の方向とは反対の第二の方向で充電されたとき、該第一のキャパシタと該第二のキャパシタとの間の電荷の転送を変えないようにする、
請求項1記載の電源。 - 第一のキャパシタと、
容量性の分圧器を形成するため、該第一のキャパシタに選択的に結合される第二のキャパシタと、
該第一のキャパシタと該第二のキャパシタのうちの一方の間の電圧を感知し、該第一のキャパシタと該第二のキャパシタとを制御可能に結合するため、該第二のキャパシタに結合される制御回路と、
を備えることを特徴とする電源。 - 該第一のキャパシタと該第二のキャパシタとの間に結合され、該第一のキャパシタを該第二のキャパシタに選択的に結合するため、制御回路からの制御信号に応答する少なくとも1つのスイッチを更に備える、
請求項12記載の電源。 - 該少なくとも1つのスイッチは、1以上のトランジスタを備える、
請求項13記載の電源。 - 該第一のキャパシタに結合される第一の端子と、該第二のキャパシタに結合される第二の端子とを有する第一の整流器、及び該第一の整流器の該第一の端子に結合される端子を有するスイッチを更に備える、
請求項12記載の電源。 - 該スイッチは、該第一の整流器の該第二の端子に結合される第二の端子を更に備える、
請求項15記載の電源。 - 該スイッチは、1以上のトランジスタを備える、
請求項16記載の電源。 - 該スイッチと並列に結合される第二の整流器を更に備える、
請求項16記載の電源。 - 該第二のキャパシタは、該コントローラを通して放電電流を供給する、
