Claims (25)
- 缶本体(2)と、バルブ(4)を収容したドーム状体(3)と、窪んだ形状の底体(5)と、カップ状体(6)に取り付けられた内部カプセル(7)と、該内部カプセル(7)内に配置されたプッシュロッド(9)とを備え、該プッシュロッド(9)は、前記カップ状体(6)を通して作動されて前記内部カプセル(7)を強制的に開口させる目的を有し、前記内部カプセル(7)は、スプリングケース(11)を介して前記カップ状体(6)に連結され、前記スプリングケース(11)はばね付勢された引金部材(12)を収容し、該引金部材(12)が前記プッシュロッド(9)に作用し次いで該プッシュロッド(9)が前記内部カプセル(7)の缶側の端部に配置された蓋体(8)に作用するように構成されてなる加圧缶において、
前記蓋体(8)は、前記加圧缶(1)の中身に対して前記内部カプセル(7)の缶側の端部を密封する隔膜であり、かつ前記引金部材(12)が作動された場合に前記プッシュロッド(9)によって突き破られるものであることを特徴とする加圧缶。 - 前記隔膜(8)が前記内部カプセル(7)に接着されてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の加圧缶。
- 前記隔膜(8)がさらに前記内部カプセル(7)に螺着されてなることを特徴とする請求項2記載の加圧缶。
- 前記内部カプセル(7)がその一端に、前記スプリングケース(11)を固定するためのソケット(18)を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の加圧缶。
- 前記内部カプセル(7)から前記ソケット(18)に遷移する領域に第2の隔膜(15)が配設されてなることを特徴とする請求項4記載の加圧缶。
- 前記ソケット(18)と前記スプリングケース(11)とが互いに圧着されてなることを特徴とする請求項4または5記載の加圧缶。
- 前記スプリングケース(11)の外周突縁(32)上に前記ソケット(18)の自由端が被せられてなることを特徴とする請求項6記載の加圧缶。
- 前記内部カプセル(7)が、前記加圧缶(1)の底部に配置されたカップ状体(6)上に配設されてなることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の加圧缶。
- 前記カップ状体(6)に接する前記内部カプセル(7)が、前記加圧缶(1)のドーム状体(3)内に配設されてなることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の加圧缶。
- 前記引金部材(12)が、引金ピン(14)またはスプレーヘッドのためのソケット(33)を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項9記載の加圧缶。
- 前記内部カプセル(7)が、前記加圧缶(1)の底体(5)内に配置されたカップ状体(6)に固定され、かつ付設された隔膜(8)を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の加圧缶。
- 前記内部カプセル(7)と前記カップ状体(6)とが絞り加工により一体化されてなることを特徴とする請求項11記載の加圧缶。
- 前記スプリングケース(11)が前記カップ状体(6)の中央ポケット部(19)内に固定されてなることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項記載の加圧缶。
- 前記プッシュロッド(9)が中心軸に沿って複数枚の翼(17)を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか1項記載の加圧缶。
- 前記プッシュロッド(9)の缶側の端部が、傾斜した鋭いエッジを備えた中空円筒の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項14記載の加圧缶。
- 前記翼(17)が切抜きおよび/または凹部を有することを特徴とする請求項14または15記載の加圧缶。
- 前記スプリングケース(11)と前記カップ状体(6)の中央ポケット部(19)内の領域との間にシール部材(20)が配設されてなることを特徴とする請求項1から16のいずれか1項記載の加圧缶。
- 前記スプリングケース(11)がそのバルブ側の端部に、スプリング素子(13)の当接部として機能する内側凸部(21)を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1から17のいずれか1項記載の加圧缶。
- 前記引金部材(12)がそのカップ側の端部に、前記スプリング素子(13)の当接部として機能する外周突縁(22)を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項18記載の加圧缶。
- 前記引金部材(12)がそのカップ側の端部に、周縁凸部の形態のシール用座部(23)を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1から19のいずれか1項記載の加圧缶。
- 前記内部カプセル(7)と前記隔膜(8)とがアルミニウムで形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1から20のいずれか1項記載の加圧缶。
- 前記スプリングケース(11)が少なくとも1個の透孔(34)を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1から21のいずれか1項記載の加圧缶。
- 前記隔膜(8)が二成分系接着剤を用いて前記内部カプセルに接着されてなることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の加圧缶。
- 前記接着剤が架橋エポキシ/アミン系またはポリイソシアネート/硬化剤系であることを特徴とする請求項23記載の加圧缶。
- 二液成分系材料、特に二成分系シール用発泡体、または二成分系接着剤、または二成分系ラッカーのために、請求項1から24のいずれか1項記載の加圧缶を使用する方法。
