Claims (5)
- 往復圧縮機を監視する方法において、
前記圧縮機の動作状態に関連するパラメータに対応する複数の信号を受信する過程と、
前記パラメータの測定値を、データベースに含まれる臨界値と比較する過程と、
前記測定値と前記臨界値との整合に従って、前記圧縮機の動作状態の異常を表す信号を送信する過程とから成る方法。 - 前記データベースは、特定の異常と関連する前記圧縮機の動作状態に関連する前記パラメータの臨界値を各行が表すような行列を具備する請求項1記載の方法。
- 往復圧縮機を監視するシステムにおいて、
前記圧縮機の動作状態に関連するパラメータを測定する測定装置と、
処理装置であって、前記パラメータの測定値を、前記処理装置と関連するデータベースに含まれる臨界値と比較し、前記測定値と前記臨界値との整合に従って、前記圧縮機の動作状態の異常を表す信号を送信する処理装置とを具備するシステム。 - 前記データベースは、特定の異常と関連する前記圧縮機の動作状態に関連する前記パラメータの臨界値を各行が表すような行列を具備する請求項3記載のシステム。
- 前記測定装置は、前記圧縮機の動作状態に関連する前記パラメータのうちの少なくとも1つを感知する少なくとも1つのセンサを具備する請求項3記載のシステム。
