Claims (5)
- 熱陰極(12)と陽極(16)を有するX線管(10)と、陽極(16)にX線パルスを発生させるための高圧パルスを印加する第1の回路(22,20,18)を備えた短X線パルスを発生するX線装置において、前記陽極(16)に、X線の発生には不十分な低い電圧を常時供給してX線管(10)を余熱しておくための第2の回路(26)を設けたことを特徴とするX線装置。
- 前記第1の回路に、高圧電源装置(22)とこれによって充電される高圧コンデンサ(20)と高電圧スイッチ(18)とを備え、この高電圧スイッチを介して陽極に前記コンデンサの電荷を印加するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のX線装置。
- 前記第2の回路はマルクス発生器であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のX線装置。
- 1個だけの電源供給部を備え、これによって常時低電圧の供給と、高電圧を発生するためのマルクス発生器の駆動とを行うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のX線装置。
- 物体を検査する装置であって、X線発生装置とX線によって前記物体の像を生成する撮像装置(44,46)とを備え、前記X線発生装置は請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載した装置であることを特徴とするX線検査装置。
