Abstract

"equipamento de raios-x para a geração de pulsos curtos de raios-x e dispositivo de inspeção que opera com um equipamento de raios-x desse tipo". a presente invenção refere-se ao equipamento de raios-x para a geração de pulsos curtos de raios-x que contém um tubo de raios-x (10), que apresenta um catodo incandescente (12) e um anodo (16), e um gerador de raios-x, que apresenta um primeiro circuito (22, 20, 18) para a geração de um pulso de alta voltagem, que é aplicado ao anodo (16) para a geração do pulso de raios-x. o gerador de raios-x contém um segundo circuito (26), por meio do qual aplica-se permanentemente ao anodo (16) uma baixa voltagem, que não é suficiente para a geração de raios-x (30) e preaquece o tubo de raios-x (10). o primeiro circuito pode apresentar uma parte de rede de alta voltagem (22), a qual carrega um condensador de alta voltagem (20), o qual pode ser aplicado ao anodo (16) por meio de um comutador de alta voltagem (18). o segundo circuito pode ser um gerador marx. só pode haver uma parte de rede, a qual tanto gera a baixa voltagem permanentemente presente, como também aciona o gerador marx para a geração da alta voltagem. o equipamento de raios-x pode ser parte de um dispositivo para a inspeção de objetos, que apresenta uma unidade geradora de imagens (44, 46) para a geração de uma reprodução do objeto por meio do raio-x (30).
