Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 各々が少なくとも1つの膜電極アセンブリを含む1つ以上の燃料電池モジュールと、
各々が複数の冷却チャネルを含む1つ以上の冷却プレートであって、前記冷却チャネルの各々が冷却チャネル入口と冷却チャネル出口とを有する、冷却プレートと、
第1のマニホルドボックス入口を有し、かつ1つ以上の第1のマニホルドボックス出口を介して冷却チャネル入口と連通する第1のマニホルドボックスと、
a)前記第1のマニホルドボックス入口への液体冷却剤のすべての流れを受けるように前記第1のマニホルドボックス入口と連通する第1のディフューザ入口、及びb)複数の第1のディフューザ出口を有する、前記第1のマニホルドボックス内に位置決めされた第1のディフューザと、
を含む、液体冷却式燃料電池スタックであって、
実質的に均一な冷却剤流体圧力が、前記第1のディフューザの外側の前記第1のマニホルドボックス内で維持される、液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。 - 第2のマニホルドボックスをさらに含み、前記第1および第2のマニホルドボックスが、前記液体冷却式燃料電池スタックの互いに反対側に取付けられる、請求項1に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 前記第1および第2のマニホルドボックスは、各々が入口チャンバと出口チャンバとを含む2チャンバマニホルドボックスである、請求項2に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 前記出口チャンバが、マニホルドボックス収集口を介して冷却チャネル出口と連通する、請求項3に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 少なくとも4つの側の実質的にすべてにおいて熱絶縁材料を有する、請求項1に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 少なくとも4つの側の実質的にすべてにおいて熱絶縁材料を有する、請求項2に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 少なくとも4つの側の実質的にすべてにおいて熱絶縁材料を有する、請求項3に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 少なくとも4つの側の実質的にすべてにおいて熱絶縁材料を有する、請求項4に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 各々が少なくとも1つの膜電極アセンブリを含む1つ以上の燃料電池モジュールと、
各々が複数の冷却チャネルを含む1つ以上の冷却プレートであって、前記冷却チャネルの各々が冷却チャネル入口と冷却チャネル出口とを有する、冷却プレートと、
第1のマニホルドボックス入口を有し、かつ1つ以上の第1のマニホルドボックス出口を介して冷却チャネル入口と連通する第1のマニホルドボックスと、
a)前記第1のマニホルドボックス入口への液体冷却剤のすべての流れを受けるように前記第1のマニホルドボックス入口と連通する第1のディフューザ入口、及びb)前記冷却チャネル入口に対して一様に分配された複数の第1のディフューザ出口を有する、前記第1のマニホルドボックス内に位置決めされた第1のディフューザと、
を含む、液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。 - 第2のマニホルドボックスをさらに含み、前記第1および第2のマニホルドボックスが、前記液体冷却式燃料電池スタックの互いに反対側に取付けられる、請求項9に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 前記第1および第2のマニホルドボックスは、各々が入口チャンバと出口チャンバとを含む2チャンバマニホルドボックスである、請求項10に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 前記出口チャンバが、マニホルドボックス収集口を介して冷却チャネル出口と連通する、請求項11に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 少なくとも4つの側の実質的にすべてにおいて熱絶縁材料を有する、請求項9に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 少なくとも4つの側の実質的にすべてにおいて熱絶縁材料を有する、請求項10に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 少なくとも4つの側の実質的にすべてにおいて熱絶縁材料を有する、請求項11に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 少なくとも4つの側の実質的にすべてにおいて熱絶縁材料を有する、請求項12に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 1つ以上の冷却プレートを含み、各冷却プレートが、各々が冷却チャネル入口と冷却チャネル出口とを有する第1の複数の冷却チャネルと、各々が冷却チャネル入口と冷却チャネル出口とを有する第2の複数の冷却チャネルとを含む、液体冷却式燃料電池スタックであって、前記第1の複数の冷却チャネルの冷却チャネル入口および前記第2の複数の冷却チャネルの冷却チャネル出口が前記冷却プレートの第1の面上にあり、前記第1の複数の冷却チャネルの冷却チャネル出口および前記第2の複数の冷却チャネルの冷却チャネル入口が前記冷却プレートの第2の面上にある、液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 前記第1の複数の冷却チャネルの前記冷却チャネル入口と連通する第1のマニホルドと、前記第1の複数の冷却チャネルの前記冷却チャネル出口と連通する第2のマニホルドと、前記第2の複数の冷却チャネルの前記冷却チャネル入口と連通する第3のマニホルドと、前記第2の複数の冷却チャネルの前記冷却チャネル出口と連通する第4のマニホルドとをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 前記冷却プレートが圧縮プレートである、請求項17に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
- 前記冷却プレートが圧縮プレートである、請求項18に記載の液体冷却式燃料電池スタック。
