Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- スライダを処理する方法であって、
スライダの列を配置し、そして
第1のスプールにより供給されるテープを、前記テープが前記スライダの列の第1のスライダの1つの角に沿って走行し、前記テープが前記少なくとも1つの角を研磨するように配置する方法。 - 更に、前記テープを巻き取るように第2のスプールを配置する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 更に、それぞれが少なくともベアリングを有する第1及び第2のアームを、前記スライダの列のそれぞれの側に配置し、前記列の隣接するスライダの間に前記テープを案内する請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記テープは、前記テープの少なくとも1つの側に研磨要素を有する請求項3に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記テープと前記スライダの少なくとも1つの角の間に潤滑油を配置する請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記潤滑油は、研磨粒子を含むスラリーの一部である請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記研磨粒子は、ダイヤモンド粒子である請求項6に記載の方法。
- スライダを処理するシステムであって、
少なくとも一方の側に研磨要素を有するテープと、
スライダとを備え、
前記テープは、前記スライダの少なくとも第1の角に沿って移動して研磨するシステム。 - 前記テープを供給する第1のスプロールを更に備える請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のスプロールにより供給されるテープを巻き取る第2のスプールを更に備える請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記スライダの角を研磨するように前記テープを案内する前記スライダの反対側に設けられた、それぞれがベアリングを有する第1及び第2のアームを備える請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1及び第2のアームのそれぞれは、2つのベアリングを有する請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1及び第2のアームを移動する第1及び第2の駆動モータを更に備える請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記テープと前記スライダの間に潤滑液を供給するスラリー源を更に備える請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記スライダは、スライダ列の一部である請求項13に記載のシステム。
