Claims (15)
- 放射ビームを使用して光記録担体を走査する光走査デバイスであって、
当該デバイスは、
該放射ビームを、該記録担体における情報層においてスポットに集束させる光学系、並びに、
放射ビームの主要な部分からの放射を該記録担体における該主要な部分の反射後に受けるように及び情報信号を検出するように配置される情報信号検出器を含む検出系
を含み、
該光学系は、該記録担体に向かって伝わるとき、放射ビームの一部分を、該放射ビームの主要な部分とは異なって再方向付けて、該再方向付けられたビームの部分が、該主要なビームの部分によってたどられる経路のものと異なる経路をたどるように配置される再方向付けの構造を含み、
該検出系は、該再方向付けられたビームの部分の位置を検出する位置検知型の検出器を含む、光走査デバイス。 - 前記再方向付けの構造は、屈折の再方向付けの部分を含む、請求項1に記載の光走査デバイス。
- 前記再方向付けの構造は、実質的に平坦な表面の部分を含む、請求項2に記載の光走査デバイス。
- 前記再方向付けの構造は、前記光学系における対物レンズ系の部分として形成される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の光走査デバイス。
- 前記再方向付けの構造は、レンズ素子の表面に形成される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の光走査デバイス。
- 前記再方向付けの構造は、前記レンズ素子の表面に非回転対称の変形物として配置される、請求項5に記載の光走査デバイス。
- 前記再方向付けの構造は、周囲のレンズの表面に関して傾斜させられる表面の部分を含む、請求項5又は6に記載の光走査デバイス。
- 前記再方向付けの構造は、放射ビームの断面積の5%未満を被覆するように配置される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の光走査デバイス。
- 前記再方向付けの構造は、前記ビームの部分を、前記記録担体に向かって伝わるとき、再方向付ける第一の部分、及び、前記記録担体からの反射後に前記ビームの部分を再方向付ける第二の部分を含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の光走査デバイス。
- 前記光学系は、放射ビームの一部分を反射して、該反射されたビームの部分が、該放射ビームの主要なビームの部分によってたどられる経路とは異なる経路をたどるように配置される反射部分を含み、
前記光学系は、該反射された部分の一部分を検出する位置検知型の検出器を含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の光走査デバイス。 - 前記第二の部分及び前記反射部分は、単一の構造要素として形成される、請求項9又は10に記載の光走査デバイス。
- 前記検出系は、前記再方向付けられたビームの部分及び前記反射されたビームの部分の両方を検出する単一の位置検知型の検出器を含む、請求項10乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の光走査デバイス。
- 第一の波長の第一の放射ビームを発生させる第一の放射源及び異なる第二の波長の第二の放射ビームを発生させる第二の放射源を含み、
前記屈折率は、前記第一の及び第二の波長の一つに関係して選択的に反射性である、請求項10乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の光走査デバイス。 - 前記第二のビームを発生させる前記放射源は、前記再方向付けられたビームの部分及び前記反射されたビームの部分の相対強度を変動させるために、強度において選択的に変更されるように配置される、請求項14に記載の光走査デバイス。
