Abstract
Description
ドイツ連邦共和国特許公開第19910970号明細書に開示された燃料噴射装置は、蓄圧器もしくはアキュムレータとノズル室との間に配置された圧力増幅装置を有しており、この圧力増幅装置の圧力室は圧力管路を介してノズル室と接続されている。さらに、アキュムレータに接続されたバイパス管路が設けられている。このバイパス管路は、直接、圧力管路に接続されている。バイパス管路は圧力噴射のために使用可能であり、圧力室に対して平行に配置されているので、バイパス管路においては、圧力増幅ユニットの移動する圧力媒体の運動及び位置とは無関係に通過可能である。このことは、噴射に関する高いフレキシビリティを可能にする。
本発明の解決策では、前フィード量を減じるために、圧力増幅装置から戻される燃料が完全には弛緩されずに、燃料タンクに戻し搬送される。本発明の解決策によれば、圧力増幅装置の戻し路に、サージタンクが組み込まれていて、低圧回路への戻し管路が、例えば前フィードユニットの圧力側の出口の直ぐ後ろで低圧回路に開口している。これによって、圧力増幅装置から戻る燃料量は、前フィードポンプの比較的低い圧力レベルまでしか、つまり前フィード圧までしか弛緩されなくなる。その結果、前フィードポンプによって搬送される量は圧力増幅装置の増圧比に相応して減じられる。
次に図面を参照しながら本発明を詳説する。

図3は、圧力増幅装置と高圧アキュムレータとを備えた燃料噴射系の低圧回路の本発明による液圧回路を示す図である。
図1には、高圧アキュムレータと圧力増幅装置とを備えた燃料噴射系の構成部材を示す液圧回路が示されている。
Claims (15)
- 内燃機関用の燃料噴射装置であって、燃料高圧源(1,4)から燃料を供給可能な燃料インジェクタ(10)が設けられていて、該燃料インジェクタ(10)が、噴射開口(43)を開閉する噴射弁部材(37)を有しており、さらに燃料タンク(14)から燃料を搬送する前フィードポンプ(55)を備えた低圧回路(64)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、低圧回路(64)に、圧力増幅装置(7;58)又は燃料インジェクタ(10)から戻されて前フィードポンプ(55)の前フィード圧にまで弛緩された戻し部分量が、供給区分(60)内において戻し路(50,52;13,53)を介して供給されることを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。
- 燃料高圧源(1)が高圧アキュムレータ(4)に、高圧下にある燃料を供給する、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 低圧回路(64)が、圧力増幅装置(7)から延びる戻し路(50,52)を介して燃料を供給されるサージタンク(51)を有している、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 低圧回路(64)が燃料フィルタ(17)と調量ユニット(59)とを有している、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- サージタンク(51)から第1の供給区分(66.1)が、供給区分(60)における第1の供給箇所(61)に延びていて、該第1の供給箇所(61)が燃料フィルタ(17)に前置されている、請求項4記載の燃料噴射装置。
- サージタンク(51)から第2の供給区分(66.2)が、供給区分(60)における第2の供給箇所(62)に延びていて、該第2の供給箇所(62)が燃料フィルタ(17)に後置されている、請求項4記載の燃料噴射装置。
- サージタンク(51)から第3の供給区分(66.3)が、供給区分(60)における第3の供給箇所(63)に延びていて、該第3の供給箇所(63)が調量ユニット(59)に後置されている、請求項4記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 安全のために、供給区分(66.1,66.2,66.3)が各1つの過圧弁(54)を介して燃料タンク(14)に接続されている、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 導入区分(60)が、前フィードポンプ(55)の圧力側(56)から高圧フィードユニット(1)まで延びている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 高圧フィードユニット(1)のための燃料フィルタ(17)及び調量ユニット(59)が供給区分(60)内に配置されている、請求項4記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 低圧回路(64)に、燃料インジェクタ(10)の漏れ量及びインジェクタ制御量が、戻し路(13,53)を介して供給区分(60)内において前フィードポンプ(55)の後ろで供給される、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 圧力増幅装置(7)が高圧アキュムレータ(4)に一体に組み込まれている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 圧力増幅装置(7)が燃料インジェクタ(10)に一体に組み込まれている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前フィードポンプ(55)の前フィード圧が4〜8バールである、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 圧力増幅装置(7,52)の戻し室(27)における圧力変化が、圧力増幅装置(7,52)の高圧室(9)における圧力変化を生ぜしめる、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
